The location was as expected
Breakfast was really disappointing, furthermore we have some photos of the apartment that you should see. We have been travelling with you several times before, but this was not good. All 3 indoor doors betweens rooms, was unable to lock by itself, demanding that we should press these to lock them. Furthermore we had other issues - for example there is a kitchen, but it was simply not very well equipped etc. and the hood looked like something that had not even been cleaned during 2025. Furthermore if the pictures were then right - we could have judged ourselves, but for example the pictures shows fresh fruit cut to breakfast - in reality this was 2 big bowls with fruit from cans now in water. So all in all this was a disappointing trip with your company.

The staff were kind and professional, everything was clean, and the room was great. Really good value for money. I totally recommend it.
In my opinion, the mattress is too hard.

Ahora nesectamos medio pension, ante puede usar los facilidades para cocinar en el apartamento. Por que después un de esquí puede descansar y no nesecitamos fuera, ahora si bajar para cenar . Pero el cena está bien

The car park (extra charge) isn't suitable for large cars; maneuvering is difficult, and the spaces are a bit narrow. My car ultimately didn't fit, and we had to park in the Funicamp public car park lot (same price as the apartments).
El garaje (pago adicional), no es para coches grandes, no se puede maniobrar bien y las plazas son un poco estrechas. Mi coche finalmente no cupo y tuvimos que aparcar en el parking público de funicamp (mismo precio que los apartamentos).

Walking distance to Funicamp, spacious rooms, rooms with balconies, rental store in the building.
Proximidade a pé do Funicamp, espaço dos quartos, quartos com varanda, loja de aluguer de material no próprio edifício.
Dinners well prepared but with a limited choice of dishes (3 options for each dish), mostly accompanied by French fries. No choice of fruit for dessert.
Jantares bem confecionados mas com escolha limitada de pratos (3 opções de cada prato), maioritariamente acompanhados por batatas fritas. Sem opção de fruta para sobremesa.

Dinners at the restaurant. Very little preparation of the dishes, ultra-processed food. Blatant reuse of leftovers from the previous day (e.g., cauliflower gratin and at the next dinner, vegetable stew with leftovers of the cauliflower gratin, it was missing the béchamel sauce). I asked if they could offer me a simple salad and on two occasions it was refused even though salad was available as a side dish.

I've been staying here for several years, and compared to previous years, my opinion of it has worsened. Starting this year, they no longer clean the apartment during your stay, which means you have to empty the bins and wastebaskets yourself and go down to the street to throw away the rubbish. If you need toilet paper or clean towels, you have to go down to reception to ask for them. The quality and service at the restaurant have deteriorated, both at breakfast and dinner. According to the staff, the restaurant no longer belongs to the aparthotel, which is perhaps why it's not functioning as it should (limited variety at dinner and even a lack of options because they're out of stock...). You also have to pay for drinks at the table during dinner, as there's no option to have them charged to your room.
Llevo varios años alojándome aquí y en comparación con años anteriores mi valoración ha empeorado. Desde este año, NO hacen limpieza del apartamento durante la estancia lo que supone tener que vaciar cubos y papeleras tú mismo y bajar a la calle a tirar la basura en los contenedores. Si necesitas papel en el baño o toallas limpias tienes que bajar a pedirlo a la recepción. La calidad y el servicio del restaurante ha empeorado tanto en el desayuno como en la cena. Según nos dijeron en el propio restaurante, el establecimiento ya no pertenene al aparthotel, quizás por esto ya no funciona como debería (poca variedad en las cenas e incluso falta de opciones a elegir porque no les queda...) y las bebidas que consumes durante la cena tienes que abonarlas en el momento ya que no existe la opción de que te lo carguen a la habitación.

Everything was great. The receptionist was very friendly. The car park with an electric charging point was a real plus.

We've been going for several years now, and the decline is very noticeable, especially in the food. And while the price remains the same, they don't clean the rooms. Simple but well maintained. We felt at home.
Senzill però ben cuidat. Ens hem sentit a gust.
It would have been better to have a double bed in the double room. There are a few small things in the kitchen that need to be renovated (microwave, some utensils...) but overall the experience has been positive! We were comfortable.
Hagués estat millor disposar d’un llit doble a l’habitació de matrimoni.
Falta renovar alguna petita cosa de la cuina (microones, algun estri…) però en general l’experiència ha estat positiva! Hem estat a gust.
