Fijn hotel, genoeg keuze met eten, vriendelijk personeel, kinderen hebben zich ook goed vermaakt in zwembad en avond bij de Gamehall, Mini Disco en Show.
Het waterpark heeft zout en koud water, waardoor het ook nooit druk is. Ook onze kinderen vonden het niet fijn.

We stayed at this hotel on an all-inclusive basis. Overall, the hotel is decent, but there were several issues that really affected our experience. First, we had an early departure and requested a takeaway breakfast in advance. We were surprised to find out that it costs an extra €6 per person. For an all-inclusive hotel, this is quite unusual — I've honestly never experienced this before. Secondly, I specifically mentioned that the breakfast was for children, but the box included a cheese sandwich with a very strong and unpleasant smell. The kids couldn't eat it at all, so the breakfast was essentially useless. Finally, the most frustrating part: every morning from 6 am, a child in the neighboring room was screaming loudly. We asked the reception to change our room, but our request was completely ignored, and no solution was offered. As a result, we couldn't get proper rest during our stay. These may seem like small details, but they make a big difference in overall experience. Unfortunately, the level of service was disappointing.

The best part of the hotel is the Aquapark. The rooms are also good. They're spacious with a huge terrace, and everything is clean.

The food was terrible. In the mornings, there were no chocolate pastries, the desserts were very limited and tasted awful, and the food was terrible. The afternoon snack was the most crappy I've ever seen. It had cake, hot dogs or hamburgers (depending on the day), some fruit (very little), and nothing else. The snack bar closed at 6 p.m., and after a quarter to five, they didn't restock anything. The staff were neither good nor bad. They did their jobs but were sociable, and many of them didn't speak Spanish well. The hotel is quite remote if you want to explore the island's villages.
La comida era de pena. Por las mañanas no hubo ningún día nada de bollería de chocolate, los postres muy escasos y no sabían muy bien y la comida de pena. El snack de por la tarde es el más cutre que vi en mi vida. Tenía bizcocho, perritos o hamburguesas (según el día), alguna fruta (muy poca) y nada más. A las 18 cerraba el snack y desde menos cuarto ya no reponían nada ...el personal ni bien ni mal...hacían su trabajo pero eran sociables y muchos de ellos no hablaban bien español...el hotel está bastante alejado si quieres conocer pueblitos de la isla.

We would return without hesitation. Everything was perfect...but the quality of the entire hotel...is top-notch, from reception to the restaurant staff, the room cleaning staff...and best of all, the entertainment staff. Everyone makes it an incredible stay. We couldn't have chosen a better hotel for our holiday. THANK YOU.
Volveríamos sin dudar, todo ha sido perfecto...pero la calidad humana de todo el hotel...es de 12, desde recepción al personal de restauración, personal de limpieza de habitaciones....y lo mejor el personal de animación, todos y todas hacen que sea una estancia increíble.
