About the accommodation

Barangay is a Filipino word meaning small town or community. This tropical decor hostel is housed in a typical Amsterdam house built in 1777 on the old Amsterdam coast. The house still has its original facade with a stone of an island with 3 palm trees. Guests will receive a warm welcome, a room exclusively decorated in a home away from home. You can enjoy a wonderful breakfast, either in our cozy kitchen or served in bed. The famous breakfast in bed is only available to guests staying in the Courtyard rooms. It is located in one of the best areas to explore Amsterdam and beyond. Literally, most of the tourist attractions are just around the corner, within walking distance! The central station for all public transport is a 5-minute walk away.
