Disappointing
- We were not given the apartment we had rented - We were told that there was a spa and it was not true - There were 4 of us and one had to sleep on the sofa bed when we were told that we had a double room - We were told that the ski passes would be given to us at the hotel reception but we were told that they did not give them there and we had to go to a building in the town to look for them.

All perfect! We were 4 and we took an apt. of 5, ideal. New furniture, cozy and fully equipped. The staff very friendly and efficient since they fixed the problem the same day. The situation of the hotel is ideal and practical since you access the tracks directly.
