Nos dieron un apartamento con dos habitaciones pequeñas con una litera en cada una + sofá cama en el salón (pueden dormir dos personas más). Cocina completa, lavadora, lavavajillas, microondas, nevera grande, horno, vitrocerámica.

Es un apartamento vacacional donde está todo un poco hecho polvo, pero está bien y bastante completo para ir con los amigos y no ser muy sibarita.

We got there and they didn't have the keys, they had to be given to us by the lady who cleans the apartment already there in formigal. They forgot to give me the passes and another client had to upload them to me from the reception (the reception is 20km from formigal) who had not been given the keys either and had to go to sallent to get his formigal keys .... The management of apartments 3000 leaves something to be desired, as well as the attitude of the elderly lady with the reception glasses, who should be working on something else, because for customer service it is not worth it. The other younger lady does try to help you, she doesn't pass on you directly like the other one, I do give her a 10.
La calefacción no funciona bien. Los radiadores son muy viejos y no calientan, uno estaba roto. Hemos pasado frío. El menaje es justito, no hay ni unas tijeras. El mando de la tele no tenía ni pilas. El tostador estaba roto y no nos dieron otro. Las mantas eran para cama más grande pero estaban cosidas dobladas a la mitad... muy cutre. La señora de las gafas de la recepción no se entera de nada y no te ayuda en nada. Mejor no hablar con ella por teléfono porque te va a decir una cosa y luego es otra. Llegamos allí y no tenían las llaves, nos la tuvo que dar la señora que limpia el apartamento ya allí en formigal. Se les olvidó darme los forfaits y me los tuvo que subir otro cliente desde la recepción (está a 20km de formigal la recepción) al que tampoco le habían dado las llaves y tuvo que ir a sallent a por sus llaves de formigal.... La gestión de apartamentos 3000 deja que desear, así como la actitud de la señora mayor de las gafas de recepción, que debería estar trabajando de otra cosa, porque para atención al público no vale. La otra señorita más joven sí trata de ayudarte, no pasa de ti directamente como la otra, a ella sí le pongo un 10.
