El complejo,está muy bien ,situado en una zona muy tranquila,lejos del bullicio,la comida variada y mucha cantidad, animación de 10, si tu intención es pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas ,este es un buen sitio ,lo tienes todo en el resort para disfrutar,playa ,piscina , kayak,actividades ............
Si tú intención es visitar la isla recomiendo pernoctar en diferentes puntos de la isla,hay malas carreteras y muchos km de curvas,hace que las distancias sean lentas y largas de tiempo ,es muy cansado volver a dormir al mismo sitio

The experience was excellent, I was very scared because of the negative reviews I had read about the hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised. The location in the middle of a natural park, with deer in the car park lot, wonderful, direct access to the beach great. The beach is beautiful and the surroundings are unique. Being able to eat while watching the sea is wonderful.

El hotel es bastante antiguo, está prácticamente de origen y, todo y que el personal y la comida nos gustaron mucho, considero que las instalaciones y la limpieza de todo el recinto apenas son satisfactorias. Las imágenes que se veían en la oferta y en la propia Web del hotel no casan con la realidad ni por asomo.

We spent a week staying at this hotel that we assume has been losing stars over the years. We traveled as a group of seven with a joint booking, the second room was not given to us until 5 pm and at the other end, they gave us the option to move the next day, wasting more time in the long reception queues. The triple room turned out to be single, back to reception and they tell us they will fix it shortly, we ended up sleeping the three of us in the double bed, the next day back to reception and they tell us that the day before there was no cleaning service. They had problems with the cooling of the dining room and main areas, a horrible heat and they didn't let you open the windows. The bar prices were very expensive, more than in the beach bars nearby. I am vegan and had few options for breakfast, I asked and it was better to keep quiet. Reception lost our freezer tags for a day. The tourist tax is paid upon departure. I'll let you judge the rest with the photos. I sent emails with questions to the hotel that were never answered by either you or them. It was a deal for you and the hotel for the amount paid, not for us.
Hemos pasado una semana alojados en este hotel que suponemos que tras el paso de los años ha ido perdiendo estrellas. Viajamos un grupo de siete personas con la reserva conjunta, la segunda habitación no nos la dieron hasta las 17 de la tarde y en la otra punta, nos dieron la opción de trasladarnos si fuera posible al día siguiente, perdiendo más tiempo en las largas colas de recepción. La habitación triple resultó ser individual, vuelta a recepción y nos indican que en un rato lo arreglan, terminamos por dormir los tres en la cama de matrimonio, al día siguiente otra vez a recepción y nos dicen que el día anterior ya no había servicio de limpieza. Han tenido problemas con la refrigeración del comedor y zonas comunes, un calor horrible y no te dejaban abrir las ventanas. Los precios del bar muy caros, más que en los chiringuitos de las playas cercanas. Soy vegana y en el desayuno tenía pocas opciones, pregunté y mejor callarse. En recepción nos extraviaron las placas del congelador durante un día. La tasa turística la pagas al marchar. El resto dejo que juzguéis vosotros con las fotos. Envié emails con preguntas al hotel que jamás fueron contestadas ni por vosotros ni por ellos. Ha siso un chollo para vosotros y el hotel por el importe pagado, no para nosotros.

La comida estaba bien.
El bufet libre se quedaba sin comida súper rápido y tarda an en reponer la comida. Gestionaria el bufet por turnos, era caótico. No había ni servicio de lavandería ni pude planchar la ropa. No nos fue bien la televisión en ningún momento aunque nos quejamos 4 veces. El aire a condicionado tampoco nos iba bien. Había mucha desorganización y no hacían actividades. Justo las empezaron al irnos nosotros.
