Mangia's Sardinia Resort

The only thing i van say positive about the hotel is that is was pretty.

I was waiting for my check in for 7 HOURS. When I arrived they said my booking was cancelled but i got no email call nothing. Then they ignore u when u wait for them to fix it. When u go ask after 2 hours they are annoyed with you and they say that the room is taking care of and we are just waiting for them to clean it and then I waited another six hours. I was asking if I can go eat couldn’t do that when after waiting for 6 1/2 hours, I lost my mind and said I’m gonna go eat because we and my friend who was feeling sick very dizzy of the heat and not eating for 10 hours and waiting for our room. I had to make a scene for us to be allowed to go eat in their facility after we got the room. The room had bugs wasn’t clean. Our room door didn’t lock so we were in our room for two days unlocked until they finally fix it at the staff didn’t speak English very few of them spoke a little the prices of the food and the food itself not even close to great our first day was wasted when we were at this hotel for five days and the last day we obviously went in the morning but the first day we waited in the lobby so we had like three days in the hotel but booking for five so I think value for money I would like to get money for at least the first day that I was waiting in the lobby and not allowed to use the pool or go eat or anything but I paid for my room and it should be in my room in that time
