Very good
Very clean and well organized flats.
Good covered parking to protect from snow
Staff were nice and helpful.
Exhausting 20 min walk downhill, and about 30 min walk uphill in snow weather to the ski resort. Would've liked to know in advance but it's manageable.
For the price I would have expected a 24/7 reception.
Wrong Wi-Fi password advertised in rooms

Pleasant
Wifi did not work.
2 days without heating and hot water (staff had to come two days to fix it)
Cleaning very poor... Dirty floor.
We asked for another apartment and the staff told us there were not available BUT I could do a new booking and get a different apartment. Photos not the same.

Fabulous
We stayed in apartment -1 3. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge &freezer, dishwasher (this is great!) with almost new appliances. Kitchenware and tableware enough for cooking and serving 2 or 3 people. A small amount of washing up liquid and 3 dishwasher tablets were provided by the accomodation.
Bathroom has a large bathtub and it is well maintained. A good number of towels large and small were available.
The bedroom has double bed and 3 large wardrobes to store clothes.
We asked for a travel cot for the baby that was in the apartment when we arrived.
Sofa in the living room is comfortable; however, it is supposed to be a sofa bed but it couldn't be fully opened. This may be a problem if more than 2 people stay at the apartment. A table with 4 chairs are also available in the living room.
From the Juliette balcony we could see the river, we found relaxing the water flow sound but some people may find it too loud.
In summary, it is not perfect but quite good value for money.
The TV is a bit small but it does the job and the TV stand is an old desk. The sofa bed couldn't be fully opened but that wasn't an issue for us as we didn't need it. The clothes airer was falling apart as well as the mechanism to open and close the blinds. Some maintenance is needed in some of the walls and ceiling but all in all it is not too bad.
The parking space is a bit tricky if there are more cars around and you have a SUV or larger type of car, with a bit of practice and a good number of maneuvers it is not impossible to park

Fabulous
The price and the apartments were overall very good quality and well equipped
We had an issue with one of the boilers at 2330 one night where it was leaking and we and we had no heating or hot water. We notified the reception but they would not send anyone out so we had to fix it ourselves.

Superb
The room was great, very clean and well equipped.
Like the other reviews say, the reception very difficult to find as its not in the same place as the apartments. It in down right by the access to the slope. I suggest to management to add this to the booking confirmation very clearly.

Very good
New, Comfortable & Spacious Apartments
Spectacular setting in a valley with a brisk mountain stream
Beautiful when it snows
Parking garage is a nightmare to navigate - almost impossible to maneuver vehicles into and out of parking bays. If you have a rental - make sure you take the full insurance cover - you will be needing it.
At the top of a steep hill that will be inaccessible without show tyres and/or chains if it snows. Come prepared.
WiFi is unacceptably slow - forget about trying to screen a movie without a prior download.

Fabulous
I stayed with my wife and two daughters and it was absolutely wonderful. The apartment is fantastic, and especially the car park (check rates at reception) right at the apartment building, as it connects directly to the building and is quite convenient.
The booking confirmation gives you three options for key collection. None of the addresses are correct. When you arrive at the indicated location, it's not the key collection point; you have to go to a different place shown on a map. The worst part was that I called a few days before to confirm, and they told me to use the address on the booking confirmation (which is wrong). Traveling with two young children is a bit chaotic, constantly taking them in and out of the car, going from one place to another. Furthermore, when I arrived, I mentioned this to the receptionist, and he completely ignored me. He could have at least apologized, but he made no reference to my comment. Otherwise, everything was great, and knowing where to check in is, I would definitely stay again.

Fabulous
The apartment is very clean, with the corresponding other services.
The room has a price of 1.50 for 2 adults and 2 children just fine. Almenys lacks one other light for all two children. The Wi-Fi password was not written correctly. The location to retrieve the claus, did not enter the code and did not see it today.

Very good
New, spacious, and comfortable apartment for 2 adults/2 children. Good location and very friendly staff. Very easy and convenient to manage any issues. Close to the station car park, but not close enough to walk. A car is essential.
There are several points to highlight: - Car Park should be included in the booking. Given the apartments' location, it shouldn't be optional. Street car park is not allowed, and the public car park car park is too far away. Furthermore, car park must be booked in person; it can't be done through the app or by phone. The extra €13 per night should be included in the price. - The car park is chaotic, and the spaces are impossibly small. Bookd spaces are not respected, and often other vehicles occupy the assigned space. - In our apartment, the Wi-Fi didn't work most of the time. In Andorra, Wi-Fi should be mandatory and reliable, as those of us from abroad don't have roaming charges. Although two technicians came to check the Wi-Fi, it never worked reliably. They should review it and guarantee its continuous operation. - The kitchen, despite being new and having all the appliances, doesn't have enough supplies for a stay of four people over several days. There weren't enough cups, glasses, or cutlery, nor were there basic items for cooking or serving food. - Pillows that are too thinGood pillows are always appreciated for a better night's sleep.
