We were asked for our credit card so they could record the information, supposedly to charge the tourist tax at check-out. However, the next day we were surprised to find our room locked, with the claim that the booking hadn’t been paid for (even though everything had been fine at check-in and we’d received the same confirmation weeks earlier when we inquired about it via email). We showed the booking voucher and proof of payment to Amimir, but it was to no avail. After they unblocked the room, they said that if Amimir didn’t pay that amount, we would be charged for it and the amount would be charged to our card at checkout. However, even after we explained that everything was in order on our end, they never attempted to look into the issue with the booking platform; instead, they initially concealed the problem and then, close to checkout (making it harder to resolve the problem) threatening us with the payment (we would have to pay a second time for the same booking, and this time at their rate). Dishonest toward the customer. VERY BAD!!
Foi-nos pedido o cartão para ficar com os dados do mesmo, supostamente para a cobrança da taxa turística no Check-out. No entanto no dia seguinte fomos surpreendidos com o bloqueio do quarto, alegando que a reserva não se encontrava paga (sendo que no check-in estaria tudo bem e haviamos tido o mesmo feedback semanas antes, quando questionamos sobre a mesma por email). Mostramos o voucher da reserva e prova de pagamento ao amimir, mas de nada serviu. Após desbloquearem o quarto, disseram que, caso o amimir não pagasse esse valor, o mesmo seria cobrado a nós e retirado do cartão no Check-out. Ora, mesmo tendo explicado que da nossa parte tinhamos tudo direito, nunca tentaram ver o problema com a plataforma que efetuou a reserva, tendo apenas ocultado o mesmo inicialmente para depois, perto do Check-out (dificultando a resolução do problema) nos ameaçar com o pagamento (teriamos de pagar uma segunda vez a mesma reserva, e desta vez ao valor deles). Desonestos com o cliente. MUITO MAU!!

Não gostei da forma como fomos recebidos, no check in foi-nos pedido o nosso cartão de debito onde pegaram e introduziram dados do mesmo no sistema deles com a alegação que era para pagamento das taxas turísticas no último dia da nossa estadia, ao segundo dia deparamo-nos com o bloqueio de acesso a um dos quartos onde após deslocação à recepção para perceber o motivo deram indicação que faltava o pagamento de uma noite algo que tínhamos feito com vário tempo de antecedência e que nos tinha sido confirmado pelo próprio hotel que estava tudo em condições vários dias antes da nossa estadia. Criaram um situação de stress no dia de check out sem necessidade nenhuma pois da nossa parte tudo foi cumprido tendo comprovativos de todas as operações e das trocas de email com o próprio hotel.

The cleanliness and service were very good.
La limpieza y atención fueron muy buenas.
We had 2 rooms, 1 renovated and 1 old. In the old room, the air conditioning unit made a noise that kept you awake, and if you turned it off, it got extremely hot. Also, the bathroom floor flooded because water was leaking out of the drain hole after we showered one night; we had to put towels all over the floor.
Teníamos 2 habitaciones, 1 renovada y otra antigua, la antigua la máquina del aire acondicionado tenía un ruido que no te dejaba dormir y si lo quitabas hacía muchísimo calor,también se nos encharco el suelo del baño porque se salía el agua por el agujero del sumidero después de ducharnos una noche, tuvimos que poner toallas por todo el suelo.

The hotel staff were very friendly. They let us check out at 12:00h at no extra cost.

Poor bed and pillows, outdated hallway and room facilities. The buffet was very basic for a 4-star hotel.

The staff were excellent, attentive, and friendly. The location is ideal, just 10 minutes from the city center. All the main sights of Rome are within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants near the hotel, and they're more affordable than in the city center.

The hotel was excellent. Friendliness, cleanliness, quality, location, facilities, at least as expected and in most categories even better. The price-performance ratio is excellent. The roof terrace is a real advantage, with a great view over the city.
Das Hotel war ausgezeichnet. Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit, Qualität, Lage, Ausstattung, mindestens wie erwartet und in den meisten Kategorien sogar besser. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Die Dachterrasse ist ein echter Vorteil, mit super Blick über die Stadt.
The room was very small. Not a problem for me as I was only there to sleep. But for those travelling with children this may be a challenge.
Das Zimmer war sehr klein. Für mich kein Problem, da ich nur dort war zum Schlafen. Aber für Reisende mit Kindern ist das ggf eine Herausforderung.

Hotel in a very good location, close to Termini station and perfect for walking to places of interest or by bus. With air conditioning in the room and main areas. Spectacular terrace, nice and pleasant for dining. Good views. There is a bit of everything, some lovely people and others not so much. Just like everywhere.

Roof Top aucune vue sur Rome , caché par des grillages de feuillage extrêmement décevant,c était une des raisons de mon choix sur cet hôtel.
Je n y retournerai pas pour ce motif,très belles photos qui ne correspondent pas à la réalité , dommage .
Indépendamment de l hôtel,la taxe de séjour est très excessive,45 euros pour un adulte et deux enfants pour 2 nuits.
