Clean and well organized
People in the reception should be more kind and listen to the needs of the costumers and add few basic bar services. Especially if someone is travelling for they shouldn't refuse to do invoices.

Everything was great in terms of price and quality.

The only downside was that I requested a double room and they gave us separate beds. I complained and they promised to fix it for the following night, but they just pushed the beds together. Oh well! Everything else was fine.

We couldn't stay at that hotel because they were fixing a problem with the water. They moved us to another one of the same range but with a worse rating and reviews. Even so, the guy who told us the news was friendly.

The rooms and hallways are decorated with beautiful paintings (reproductions—not originals, but that doesn't matter) hung in high-quality wooden frames. The entrance area and reception area are also very attractive thanks to their marble design.

Otherwise, everything was good. Nice people, good breakfast, nicely cleaned (room service), good location near Termini Station, nice decor.
Sonst alles gut. Nette Leute, gutes Frühstück, schön gesäubert (Zimmerservice), gute Lage am Bahnhof Termini, schöne Dekoration.
The bathroom could work better. Water pressure, flush, curtain. And the room could be bigger.

The establishment is magnificent! The staff was very welcoming, the room was very decent and well cleaned every day. Every time I return it's like entering a new room! The location is very convenient because it is in the heart of the city and all transport is accessible. Even for a late return by taxi it never exceeds €15. I highly recommend it!!!
L’établissement est magnifique ! Le personnel très accueillant, la chambre était très correcte et bien nettoyée tous les jours.
À chaque retour c’est comme si je rentrais dans une nouvelle chambre !
L’emplacement est très pratique car il se trouve au cœur de la ville et tous les transports sont accessibles. Même pour rentrer tard en taxi on ne dépasse jamais 15€.

For me, everything is positive, from the attention of all the staff from first to last, the abundant breakfast, the location, and the cleanliness. I would return without hesitation.

Excellent service, and very professional.. I absolutely recommend it.. 100 meters from Rome's Termini station.
