Very spacious rooms, cleaning and maintance everyday. Hotel is very kid friendly and has everynight organized events in 1st floor. Grat swimming pools and acces to garbi mar for a waterpark of your own.

The water park just a few metres from the hotel has certainly been what we have enjoyed the most, ideal for families. The children's and adults' areas are well defined and the staff is friendly.

The main hotel is very beautiful and touristic, the buffet food was very good, access to the pools.

There was no heating in the room, the table was broken. The beds were very uncomfortable and squeaked a lot. They didn't allow to park the car in the car park lot because it was for the main hotel, even though the booking stated car park included. The lock in the room was broken and the lock at the entrance was also broken, you had to start with force to close it, otherwise it wouldn't close.

We got a fairly new room with views of the pool. The food at the restaurant was good and varied.

The children have enjoyed the Water Slides and pools very much, the children's water area is ideal, very fun. Access to the Water Slides is quick, you just have to go up a hill and cross the street, the employees are very kind, very nice people. The hotel in general is very close to the beach, and Lloret has a lot of atmosphere... many tourists... we traveled in September and without stress, great.
Los niños has disfrutado muchísimo de los toboganes y de las piscinas, la zona acuática infantil es ideal, muy divertido. El acceso a los toboganes es rápido, solo hay que subir una cuesta y cruzar la calle, los empleados amabilisimos, muy buena gente. El hotel en general está muy cerca de la playa, y Lloret tiene mucho ambiente... muchos turistas... hemos viajado en septiembre y sin agobios, genial.
The only thing that could be improved is the variety of the restaurant, the food was very tasty but it felt a bit repetitive... but still, it is recommended.

It has been a fantastic weekend, the staff is very attentive and professional, I have been to Lloret several times and had never stayed at any of the Garbí hotels, I will definitely repeat because we loved it.

The cleanliness was as expected. In the dining room, all the workers are very kind and always smiling despite the number of people there. The food is a bit repetitive but very good, what I liked the most is the amount of fruit and how good it was. The water park is very entertaining and the children had a great time.

The only good thing about this hotel are the Water Slides they have, which are super fun for kids, and the location to go to the beach, which is very convenient when going with children because it is close by.

And to top it off, starting at 8 in the morning, it was impossible to sleep because of the amount of slamming doors from both guests and room attendants. Unfortunately, I would not repeat the experience.
Hotel de 4 estrellas que deberían quitarle 2 por lo menos : las habitaciones muy pequeñas con y las instalaciones muy antiguas; el restaurante fatal tanto el personal como la comida nada de variedad en 8 días ni un solo puré ni ternera ni una lasaña solo fritos y arroz. Y lo peor de todo que quitaban la comida como 10 min antes de la hora. Animación para los.niños inexistente. Y ya para rematar a partir de las 8 de la mañana imposible dormir por la cantidad de portazos tanto de la gente como las personas que arreglan las habitaciones.Lamentablemente no volvería a repetir

The attention of the cleaning, reception, and catering staff was remarkable, polite, friendly, and helpful.

The location and accommodation of younger customers in the same areas as families makes rest unfeasible and causes a lot of inconvenience and impossibility to rest at night. It's a shame to have 4 to 5 young people in the same room screaming and banging on the doors all night, singing on the terraces until the early hours of the morning. As I mentioned, it's a shame the low-cost tourism we are promoting. We will not return to the hotel or the area.

The best thing is the Water Slides for the children although I had the problem that my son did not like the closed Water Slides and they are the majority. The quadruple room is a standard room with 4 beds, therefore there is little space. For me, it is an advantage because they do not force me to take 2 rooms since one of my children is older, as has happened to me in other hotels. But it must be taken into account. The food in general was good, although sometimes the meals lacked flavor and the doughs like pizza and quiche were undercooked. I am vegetarian and I found egg and cheese more at breakfast in the English style which I do not eat, and less in the rest of the meals where I would have liked them to be.
Excellent fruits at lunch and dinner, but there were hardly any at breakfast, which is when I like to eat them.
Except for the water in the pool with Water Slides, which was good, the other pools were very cold.
La habitación cuádruple es una habitación estándar con 4 camas por lo tanto hay poco espacio. Para mí es una ventaja porque no me obligan a coger 2 habitaciones ya con uno de mis hijos es mayor, como me suceda en otros hoteles. Pero hay que tenerlo en cuenta. La comida en general bien, aunque a veces le faltaba sabor a las comidas y las masas como pizza y quiche estaban poco echas. Soy vegetariana y huevo y queso lo encontré más al desayuno estilo inglés que yo no como y menos en el resto de comidas donde ,me hubiera gustado que hubiera.
Buenísimas frutas en comida y cena, pero apenas había al desayuno que es cuando me gusta comerla.
Excepto el agua de la piscina de los toboganes que estaba buena, las demás piscinas muy frías.
