We booked this hotel to celebrate our son's birthday, hoping to enjoy the advertised facilities. Unfortunately, several aspects disappointed us. The water Water Slides were closed without being mentioned at the time of booking, which was a great disappointment for the children. The food is acceptable, but far from the expected level for a 4-star hotel: quite repetitive and not very varied. The indoor pool looks more like that of a public pool than a relaxing space in a hotel, without any special charm. Overall, we were expecting a higher quality experience for this level.
Reservamos este hotel para celebrar el cumpleaños de nuestro hijo, pensando en disfrutar de las instalaciones anunciadas. Lamentablemente, varios aspectos nos decepcionaron. Los toboganes estaban cerrados sin que se mencionara en el momento de la reserva, lo cual fue una gran desilusión para los niños. La comida es aceptable, pero lejos del nivel esperado para un hotel de 4 estrellas: bastante repetitiva y sin mucha variedad. La piscina interior se parece más a la de una piscina municipal que a un espacio de relax de un hotel, sin encanto especial. En general, esperábamos una experiencia de mayor calidad para este nivel.

We really enjoyed the hotel's water park, as well as the activities organized by the entertainment staff. The buffet is very decent, although the variety is not huge, overall the food is quite good. The staff in general has been very friendly, both at reception and in housekeeping and the dining room. Our room had a huge terrace as it was on the top floor.

Taking into account the number of people who go to Lloret to party, the hotel is in a very good location... quite far from all that hustle and bustle but at the same time close to the beach, shops, supermarkets.... Hotel familiar. Los toboganes geniales. Mencionar también los trabajadores de ambos hoteles, atentos, agradables, cercanos; siempre con una sonrisa.
Something that would change or improve would be the buffet; the food is not bad but we would have liked more variety. And extend a little more the breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours. Everything is very focused on people from outside.

The Aquapark is very fun and the location near the beach too, you can hardly hear any noise, and the reception guys are lovely. Overall the staff is very nice.
