What a wonderful experience we had at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were surprised by the excellent service we received. Both the front desk staff and the manager took care of us impeccably. The rooms were spacious, clean and had a terrace with breathtaking views. The food, included in our full board, was spectacular at every meal of the day: from the incredible breakfast to the varied and freshly prepared dinner. We will definitely return in the future. This hotel deserves a 10 for its incredible quality and attention to detail - an unforgettable experience!

With the Hotel very happy but with buscounchollo very angry because one of the reasons why we opted for this offer is that it had spa and then it turns out that the spa was closed and the hotel told us that buscounchollo were already warned, we were left without spa and all they did was to return us 10 € in my opinion shameful, I no longer trust this platform, because if they were serious they would have given us a real solution not 10 € .....
Con el Hotel muy contentos pero con buscounchollo muy enfadados porque una de las razones por las que nos decantamos por esta oferta es que tenía spa y luego resulta que el spa estaba cerrado y en el hotel nos dijeron que en buscounchollo ya estaban avisados, nos quedamos sin spa y lo único que hicieron fue devolvernos 10€ en mi opinión vergonzoso, ya no me fio de esta plataforma, ya que si fuesen serios nos habrían dado una solución real no 10€ …..
