No nos limpiaron la habitación el primer día. A las 14 no habían pasado. Estuvimos con el cartel poco tiempo y al salir me encontré a tres chichas que estaban terminando el piso. Se lo dije y me dijeron que luego pasaban pero nadie pasó. Creo que pasaron olímpicamente del tema. Eso me pareció bastante mal. Por lo demás, el hotel estupendo.

Place with a lot of charm; surrounded by a very beautiful environment; very well-kept gardens and a spacious pool.
As for the Spam, luxurious. My daughter and I were alone.
The staff is another strong point: Daniela, the only waitress, very attentive and the youngest waiter super nice. Very grateful for the treatment.

Lugar con mucho encanto; rodeado de un entorno muy bello; jardines muy cuidados y piscina amplia.
Con respecto al Spam , de lujo. Estuvimos mi hija y yo solas .
El personal otro punto fuerte: Daniela, la única camarera, súper atenta y el camarero más joven súper agradable. Muy agradecida con el trato.
En cuanto a la limpieza, el personal muy atento; el hotel huele muy bien.

Basic
Hotel dedicated to a retired audience. Without taking care of cleanliness (there were hairs all over the room and bathroom when we arrived); the spa area is not connected to the main building and has limited and crowded hours. Outside of meal times (very limited), they refer you to other bars and restaurants in the area. Breakfast is based on junk food. The package included a holiday to the island of Ons, which is neither a deal nor managed directly by the hotel, so you risk not finding availability on the dates of your holiday (as happened to us).
Hotel dedicado a un público jubilado. Sin cuidar la limpieza (había pelos por toda la habitación y aseo cuando llegamos); la zona de spa no está comunicada con el edificio central y tiene horarios reducidos y masificados. Fuera del horario de comida (muy reducido) te derivan a otros bares y restaurantes de la zona. El desayuno se basa en comida chatarra. En el pack se incluía un viaje a la isla de Ons, que ni busco un chollo ni el hotel gestionan directamente por lo que te arriesgas a que no haya plazas en las fechas de tu viaje (como nos ocurrió)

The room was a bit noisy (the road was close by). Normal room. We stayed 9 nights and the offer only offered us one spa day (the same as if we had stayed one or two nights... It's not fair, is it).
