Ideal apartments for families, check-in and check-out are very simple and quick. The staff are very friendly, attentive and kind. The apartment was clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and has everything you need. Ideal for winter and we're planning our return for next winter ;-)
Apartamentos ideais para famílias, chegada e saída bastante simples e rápida. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, atenciosos e amáveis. A limpeza do apartamento estava boa.
A cozinha está totalmente equipada com utensílios de cozinha e tem tudo o que você precisa.

Not that it's a bad thing, but the bathtub is limiting for those with mobility issues. They left cleaning supplies except for dishwasher tablets.

The only thing I have to say is that the 3-bedroom apartment, for up to 7 people, has only one bathroom, which is spacious, and even if it is known in advance, it is short. And the wifi that is not very powerful, and being in a country that does not include our rates, is more noticeable. To put/propose another improvement, it would be a transfer to slopes.
Lo único que poner un pero es que el apartamento de 3 dormitorios, de hasta 7 personas, dispone solo de un baño, amplio, y aunque sabido de antemano, se hace corto. Y él wifi que no es muy potente, y al estar en país que no incluye las tarifas del nuestro, se hace notar más. Por poner/proponer otra mejora, sería un transfer a pistas.

Quite noisy. I didn't like the reception staff. When we asked where to pick up our ski equipment, the person who helped us said "If you had rented it from me, I would know, but since you did it through "esquiades.com" you have to look it up yourself." We would have appreciated some more help, considering that it was the first time we went to this place to ski.
