Very good
The restaurant, the staff of the Mirador and the food were excellent. The price is cheap, so you get what you pay for. Fair enough because a lot of the other holidaymakers were complaining. You can’t expect a buffet like in a 5-star hotel for this price. For us, price/food/all-in drinks, perfect.
For everything you need you have to go to the reception. Only 2 towels a week for 2 persons and 2 rolls of toilet paper is a bit less; even if you need to use this towel also on your sunbed. So a bit more towels and toilet paper in the beginning of the stay would be better.

Disappointing
I don't have anything positive to say, to be honest.
no tengo nada positivo la verdad
The apartments are very old, very dirty, full of pigeon droppings, and there was no security since all sorts of people could enter the premises. In short, it's horrible and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Very functional bungalow, with kitchen oven , TV with Italian channels. For the price paid it is more than fine.
Dirty bungalow. Too bad, they should pay more attention to cleaning, nonexistent.
Bungalow sporco.

I always go every summer because we go as a family and we chose it because of the price, honestly. This year the staff was very friendly and finally I got a clean apartment. It certainly depends on the girl who cleans it because other years it's horrible, I have to arrive and clean to see if they're improving.
A dilemma to ask for towels and sheets, you have to say it several times, it's tiring, the apartments don't have fans and with the heat the windows are closed because they say that days before our stay someone had entered the development to steal even through the closed windows and people were inside and the truth is that it's very scary, that's why the windows and doors are closed, they should evaluate that and put fans in all the apartments in addition to putting more security or closing everything with fences, I don't know something they have to do

There were cockroaches of all sizes in my room, it was horrifying. The cleaning staff was only temporary workers. We called them to change at least the towels, and I'm still waiting for them to come.

And the second time we are treated badly by the staff always putting us last and late of the room saying no it's ready no it's ready 20 minutes then another 20 minutes from 3 to 4 p.m.

As soon as we arrived, the manager Miguel treated me and my friends badly, rude and uneducated, and to top it off, when we got to the apartment it was dirty and unclean, then you had to beg for towels and toilet paper etc. and the sheets were not changed a single day.
