This complex, built in 1970 and renovated in 2009, has a 700 m² garden and 56 apartments. The apartments have a living room, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, satellite or cable TV, kitchenette with fridge, balcony or terrace and rental safe. Outside you can find a swimming pool, a children's pool, a reading room with free Wi-Fi zone, a bar, sun loungers and parasols. The complex also has a solarium.
