Excellent location for me because I used to stay overnight near the Nuova Villa Claudia hospital, but also close to the Olympic Stadium.

A terrible experience: €120 for a terrible room, stained doors, and an unpresentable bathroom. One of the shower doors was loose, and since it was made of glass, it could have fallen at any moment. Despite some concern, we managed to shower. At reception, we were advised of a €50 cash security deposit (not listed on the Amimir portal), which if you don't have, they'll force you to withdraw it immediately. Car Park costs €10, and our car and motorcycle could have used the same slot, but we still had to pay €20. Before expressing my displeasure and booking a breakfast-only room, the receptionist had indicated that I had booked a room without breakfast.
Esperienza pessima, 120 euro per una camera pessima, porte macchiate e bagno impresentabile.
La doccia aveva una delle ante scardinata ed essendo di vetro, sarebbe potuta cadere da un momento all'altro. Con non poche preoccupazioni siamo riusciti a lavarci.
Alla reception, siamo stati avvisati di un deposito cauzionale (sul portale amimir non era segnalato) di 50 euro IN CONTANTI, che se non avete, vi obbligano a prelevare all'istante.
Il parcheggio costa 10 euro e anche la nostra auto e la nostra moto potevano occupare lo stesso slot, abbiamo comunque dovuto pagare 20 euro.
Prima di mostrare il mio risentimento e la mia prenotazione con regime colazione, la receptionist mi aveva indicato che avessi prenotato una camera priva di colazione.

Algún recepcionista no hablaba bien nuestro idioma, nos avisaron de que tengamos cuidado con las toallas por las manchas ya que si se manchaban y no se quitaba la mancha nos iban a obligar a pagar la toalla cosa que nos pareció muy mal ya que si pagas por el servicio y nos obligaron a mirar las toallas con lupa para avisar de si tenían manchas y así evitar problemas con el hotel, creo que deberían de tener un seguro para este tipo de cosas en vez de meter miedo a los clientes, el hotel muy anticuado y algunas zonas parecía que estabas en la película del "resplandor", te obligan a pagar todo en efectivo, el Wifi iba bien en algunas zonas del hotel ya que en otras se iba la conexión muy a menudo y por último para ir a ver cosas a Roma la ubicación no es su punto fuerte ya que no hay ninguna cadena de trasporte que te lleve al hotel de forma directa por estar muy lejos del centro turístico y hay que hacer varios trasbordos en el trasporte cosa que se te iba media mañana si no dispones mucho de tiempo

O primeiro ponto negativo confronta-se logo na entrada com o mau cheiro que se faz sentir logo na recepção e sente-se em toda a área comum, como sala de estar e restaurante onde tomamos o pequeno almoço. A vontade de abandonar foi muita, não fosse estarmos em grupo e com tudo pago e seria essa a decisão. Za zona dos quartos o mau cheiro nao se fazia sentir, mas os moveis já com demasiado desgaste e o chão do corredor (alcatifa) com manchas de sujidade não me parece ser admissível. O pequeno almoço era básico, mas seria aceitável se não se sentisse o mau cheiro proveniente da zona de entrada e receção.

We booked as a group (4 rooms) and one of the 4 rooms was booked for 2 adults and a child, but there was a change to one adult and two children and we immediately had an obstacle and complication at reception because this change meant buying a new room (in addition to the attitude, they also showed a much higher price than we were paying for each room). this only shows the bad conduct of the hotel and the staff because it is unacceptable to have such a situation. What's more, there was no justification for buying another room because the children wouldn't be alone and there was no point in separating couples. it took about an hour to try to resolve this situation, in a room that smelled strangely bad and uncomfortable.
Houveram varios pontos lamentáveis. De Referir que reservamos em grupo (4quartos) e num dos 4 estava reservado para 2 adultos e uma criança mas houve uma alteração para um adulto e duas crianças e tivemos logo a entrave e complicação na receção pois neste esta alteração implicava a compra de um novo quarto (para alem da atitude ainda apresentaram um valor muito superior ao que estávamos a pagar pior cada quarto). isto so demostra a má conduta do hotel e pessoal pois é inadmissível tal situação. Ainda mais, não se justificava compra de outro quarto pois as crianças não ficariam sozinhas nem fazia sentido separar casais. certa de uma hora para tentar resolver esta situação, num espaço a cheirar estranhamente mal e desconfortável.
