Limpieza de las habitaciones mucho q mejorar, sólo cambiaban las toallas y ponían papel higiénico, pero barrer, pasar el.mocho, limpiar polvo..limpiar ducha y mampara y pila, muy poca limpieza y en tema de cambio de sábanas nada, estuvimos 4 días y no cambiaron ningún día, excepción del último q ya lo tuve que decir, pero loa funda de los almohadones tampoco los cambiaronm

Outstanding experience. The hotel is fine, but the level of excellence is made excellent by its staff. Without being a personalized experience, they manage to make you feel that way. El checkin, la tención constante durante las comidas, la amabilidad en todo momento y facilidades que dan para ir con mascota, ... Pocas veces me he sentido así en un hotel.
