Outstanding experience. The hotel is fine, but the level of excellence is made excellent by its staff. Without being a personalized experience, they manage to make you feel that way. The check-in, the constant attention during meals, the kindness at all times and the facilities they give to go with a pet, ... I have rarely felt like this in a hotel. I want to personalize at Kapa (although all the staff treated us first class) the customer experience they give. Thank you.
Experiencia sobresaliente. El hotel está bien, pero el nivel se hace excelente gracias a su personal. Sin ser una experiencia personalizada logran que lo sientas así. El checkin, la tención constante durante las comidas, la amabilidad en todo momento y facilidades que dan para ir con mascota, ... Pocas veces me he sentido así en un hotel. Quiero personalizar en Kapa (aunque todo el personal nos trató de primera) la experiencia de cliente que dan. Gracias

We detected that there was a leak in the ceiling of the room and we notified the reception staff about it on up to 3 occasions. We would have liked to receive better attention from them, since they hardly cared about our situation and we did not receive any type of compensation.
