It is an ideal accommodation for large families or groups of friends, since on the first floor it has an independent entrance from the garden. One of the rooms on the ground floor has a double bed and en suite bathroom, while the other bedrooms have 2 single beds. It has 3 full bathrooms, 2 on the ground floor and the other on the top floor. The house has Wi-Fi, and a very spacious living room very well equipped on each floor, with comfortable sofas and armchairs, where you can all meet enjoying satellite television or reading quietly. Both rooms have large windows towards the terrace and the sea, offering incredible views. It has a fully equipped kitchen, to cook and prepare your favorite menus. It has a chlorine pool and a solarium area with umbrellas and hammocks where you can relax drinking a cocktail or anything placidly contemplating the coming and going of boats, yachts, boats that travel along the Mallorcan East. It emphasizes, especially, the terrace of the first floor, from where it has the sensation of being in a boat by the proximity of the sea and the elevation of the house. You will also find lawn areas that will make the little ones in the house have fun playing freely. The house is located on a little trafficked street in a residential area so it is always possible to park nearby and without difficulties. The accommodation is ideal for a relaxing holiday and it breathes tranquility.
