The all inclusive is a joke, there was no water. Not even paying it. It was from the faucet. The drinks were so-so. We wanted to change rooms because they had put us in a very noisy area and at reception they told us that it was impossible, that everything was full. Later, in the hotel bar, the waiter told us that they were half full, that there were plenty of free rooms. Bad attention and bad intention I see in the lady at the reception the day we arrived. And I think it has at least one star left over. We have not been able to sleep a single night due to the noise.

All the comments you read about the staff are true, they are very polite and friendly which really makes you feel at ease so just for that reason alone I would come back. The pool and common areas are more than fine, everything is clean and very well maintained. The food is very good, there is something for everyone.

La piscina y las zonas comunes están más que bien, está todo limpio y muy bien cuidado. La comida es muy buena, hay para todos los gustos.

Hay un par de cosas que no nos ha gustado y aunque son pocas son importantes que el hotel lo tenga en cuenta para mejorar y son por un lado que nuestra habitación en particular le caía agua del techo (y no era poca) por el aire acondicionado como no dejáramos una toalla en el suelo se hacía un buen charco. Y la segunda es que en la segunda habitación que nos asignaron (éramos 5 personas y teníamos 2 habitaciones) se acabó al segundo día el gel de baño y paso el tercer día y aún no lo reponían y eso sí que lo fuimos a notificar a la recepción y la respuesta que nos dieron fue que lo responderían después del servicio de cena ya que no había personal. Eso me pareció fatal porque no íbamos a ir a cenar llenos de arena y sal de la playa para luego ducharnos. Así que si no fuera porque habíamos llevado nuestros productos a parte no hubiésemos podido ducharnos.
