Good for a night stay if you find it on sale.

Rooms are very old with old furniture, bathroom was not clean (mold in some places) , shower was not holding in it´s place so it was impossible to use it without holding it on your hand. Room keys are literally keys, and you get only one per room, even if there are multiple guests. Also towels did not seem dirty but smelled very bad, I would appreciate a clean smelling towel. I would not recommend, other than to just have a night of sleep if you find a good price, also rooms are very noisy

animation is best for children but not all for parents and need one little frigo in a room its was better

This place sucks.

This place has no customer service!!! We only met 2 good employees at this hotel, Mustafa the kitchen staff and Yin the cleaner. This hotel ruined our perspective of Spain. Actually so did Salou itself but this hotel really put us in a bad mood whenever we went downstairs. On our arrival the receptionists were blunt and rude. They were giggling and laughing into our faces without apologising for ignoring us. We asked very easy to answer questions about our stay at the hotel and got rude, judgmental answers. There are an uncomfortable amount of rules, you could barely live your life at this hotel. Every time you take a step or accidentally drop something on the group - old 50 year old women come out from there rooms to shush you. At one point we stayed in the pool for a few extra minutes past 8pm and were met with an aggressive and rude approach from some chubby guy in bunny ears who was bragging about "writing the manual for the hotel". Honestly who cares. We made a mistake we would of been happy to apologise but the guy started accusing us if purposefully staying in the pool to annoy the staff. What an entitled fool. The next morning, we were told by the pool lifeguard to not use floats in the pool because it's a safeguarding issue - absolutely fair. However 5 minutes later a family goes into the pool with three floaties and the woman was just chatting with some people on poolside... so much for safeguarding! A few hours later we come back down to the pool and the lifeguard woman was just on her phone while the pool was full of kids play fighting and toddlers in donut rings. I mean it can't get any less safe than that. VERY DISSAPOINTING for safety!!!! At one point my friend asked the bar employees to charge her phone behind the bar where she saw an open plug socket that wasn't being used. We were on poolside, so she didn't want the phone to be stolen and you can't charge your phone in the hotel room without you keycard. Without hesitation, they said no. My friend asked for an explanation so she could understand the reasoning as to why. They just kept repeating no... What is this place... honestly. What a garbage hotel. It's in the middle of nowhere and the staff make it feel like hell. rude and uncaring is the only way to describe all of them. OH also at point I found some bugs in my bed. They weren't bed bugs but there was a lot of them. Weird. Makes you wonder what else is that dirty. We also tried the pool table downstairs and some of them had stains and when the pool balls came out the machine we had multiple of the same balls. It must be a very old table. Update please. YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR WIFI !!!!

la comida deja bastante que desear, las habitaciones un poco viejetas…. En el baño se veían algunas cañerías sin tapar, no había mantas ni funcionaba la calefacción . El personal del restaurante muy amable, sin embargo el de recepción horrible, soberbias, graciosillas (como si molestases por pedir algo cuando es su trabajo) y bastante antipáticas.

Los días de frio, las ventanas no son muy buenas

En el servicio de comidas, nos ha gustado la presentación en cazuelitas o platitos individuales, y el agua gratuita para los que no teníamos el todo incluido.

Los muebles son antiguos. La cisterna del baño no descargaba bien. La almohada tenía mal olor. Me abrieron la puerta,estando yo dentro y habiendo contestado verbalmente Es la primera vez que me pasa esto.

Habitaciones sin reformar desde hace muchos años,la comida es bastante mejorable y el servicio de habitaciones no respetan la intimidad,abren la puerta estando dentro de la habitación!!

El personal que nos ha atendido, muy servicial y amable .

Las camas, la habitación hace falta reforma pero es lo de menos, no hemos podido descansar por el ruido de la habitación y el colchón, super incómodo, menos mal que ha sido una noche, una semana así no aguantamos.

Bonne localisation, possibilité de se garer gratuitement dans le quartier à proximité de l'hôtel. Joli rooftop et belle vue depuis le rooftop Joli coin piscine

Etant déjà venue dans cet hôtel, le service a beaucoup baissé. Baignoire sale avec poils et traces marrons de savon. Pas pris en compte mes demandes concernant le besoin d'être en hauteur et côté piscine, obligée de redemander à l'arrivée alors qu'il y avait de la disponibilité. Dans la chambre, forte odeur d'égout, pas de mobilier de terrasse alors que toutes les autres chambres en possédaient.. Obligée de faire une réclamation, nous avons eu des chaises par la suite. Restaurant bruyant, nourriture peu qualitative comparée à autrefois. Peu de choix. Par deux fois, nous nous sommes levés pour prendre un plat et la table était dressée pour d'autres clients.. Ce qui nous a causé du stress. Nous avions l'impression que nous devions manger rapidement puis partir..

La atención al Cliente es muy buena el personal es súper gentil y atento!

Se escucha todo lo de la otra habitación o lo de fuera en los pasillos, sería lo único negativo

Todo desde que llegamos me atendió una chica joven en la recepción que madre mía la mala onda que tenía, es la primera vez en 10 años que voy a hoteles que me hacen esperar una habitación hst pasadas las 14 hs increíble me pareció! Luego la comida me pareció que mis hijos en el campamento comen mejor… ojo el personal del comedor muy bien no tengo queja lo único trabajan con cara mal pero imagino xq será.. no los culpo! Las limpiadoras hacen lo que pueden.. no vuelvo a un htop en mi vida xq tampoco fue regalado. Esta todo viejo, dejado, sucio. Cuando entregue las llaves p irnos ni gracias me dijo la de la recepción todos unos mal educados

Buenas localización si buscas el cabo de Salou, entre pinadas y cerca de una pequeña playa. Tiene piscina y jacuzzi solo para adultos

Hotel muy antiguo y sin a apenas reformas de las habitaciones, con terminación poco cuidadas y remiendos estéticos poco "estéticos". Largas colas en el buffet con horario muy reducido para la cantidad de gente que se hospeda en el hotel, poco espacio para la animación nocturna. Hotel grande pero se quedan escuetos los servicios.

Não existe estacionamento, as praias são de dificil acesso o hotel muito fracoa nivel de instalacoes,em suma tudo muito mau
