This complex is located in Santa Eulalia, within walking distance of a variety of shops, bars and restaurants. Nearby you will also find nightlife, public transport and the bus station. The beach is only 200 m from the hotel, the port only 150 m and the airport of Ibiza about 20 km. The complex consists of 24 apartments spread over 5 floors and has a 24-hour reception, 24-hour check-in / check-out service, elevator, laundry service (for a fee) and, on the ground floor, a restaurant and bar. It was completely remodeled in 2007. The apartments are spacious (between 40 and 50 m²) and are equipped with a bedroom with 1 double or 2 single beds, a living room with a sofa bed, satellite TV, hi-fi, telephone and direct dial , radio, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, tea / coffee maker), bathroom with hydromassage shower, individually regulated air conditioning and heating, safe and balcony or terrace. The beach next to it is sandy.
