4.2 Ana Travelled with family Booked on Amimir.com August 2025 Basic Magnificent pool. Very clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly. Well located.

Piscina magnífica . Muy limpio y personal de limpieza muy simpáticas. Bien ubicado.

They urgently need renovations, both inside and out. The furniture is very old, uncomfortable, and many are broken. The gas stove is old, poorly finished, and in bad condition, with few kitchenware. The bathroom is outdated, with a stained mirror. The mattresses are very uncomfortable. The bedroom window overlooks the common area and has no bars, so you can't open it at night and it gets very hot. There's no air conditioning or fan. The terrace has a very small table, so you can't eat there. To top it all off, they put us in an apartment overlooking a vacant lot. It gave the impression of neglect. The reception staff are friendly and polite, but not pleasant; they're very curt and show little interest in being there. They say there's a lifeguard on duty all day, but that's not true. There's a maintenance man who doesn't pay the slightest attention to the pool. In short, I wouldn't go back. No matter how good the pool is, it's not worth it to be in a dump like that. I have 14 mosquito bites and so have my children.

Necesitan una reforma urgente, tanto del exterior como interior del edificio. Mobiliario muy viejo, incómodo y muchos rotos. La cocina de gas, vieja, mal rematada y de mal aspecto, menaje escaso. El baño anticuado , espejo con manchas. Los colchones muy incómodos. La ventana del dormitorio da a la zona común y no tiene rejas, así que por la noche no la puedes abrir y se pasa mucho calor. No tiene aire acondicionado ni ventilador. En la terraza hay una mesa muy pequeña por lo que no se puede comer allí. Para colmo, nos pusieron en un apartamento con vistas a un descampado. Daba la impresión de dejadez. Las chicas de recepción son amables y correctas pero no son agradables, muy secas y con poco interés por estar alllí. Dicen que hay socorrista todo el día y no es verdad, hay un chico de mantenimiento que no le presta la más mínima atención a la piscina. En definitiva, no volvería, por muy buena piscina que tenga, no vale la pena estar en un cuchitril como ese. Tengo 14 picadas de mosquitos y mis hijos también.
