Everything was excellent and the location is great, just a 5 minutes drive to the slopes.
You wake up in a lush hotel right next to a waterfall which makes the stay even more romantic and cosy.
The food is excellent too, both dinner and breakfast are unbeatable. You get plenty of food, good quality and they must certainly have a great chef.

The food was very nice.
The room we stayed was just above the Spa. It was too hot. Even with heating turned off and the window open all night.

Everything was amazing! rooms were very good, providing everything you need. Food and service were absolitely amazing! only 7 min drive from the slopes - Arcalis. outside the hotel there is a bus stop to go to Ordino and/or Andorra la Vella. Recommended!

El buffet del desayuno muy mal, se acaban las bandejas y tardan bastante en volver a reponer, muy poca variedad, a mí gusto. La encargada le salía la simpatía por
las orejas!!!! Yo creo que aveces no elegimos el trabajo adecuado ha nuestro carácter.......
He estado tres veces en este hotel y la verdad que ha ido desmejorando el servicio de comida.

El hotel muy bien el Spa muy bien decorado pero flojo de chorros y el baño de vapor ( turco ) flojo de vapor en la piscina habia unas planchas de burbujas que no funcionaban . El personal muy atento en todo momento , sobretodo un camarero Brasileño que no recuerdo su nombre. El desayuno muy bueno . La ubicación del hotel fantástica . Eso si el coche es imprescindible para moverte . Precio de la comida 25€ mas bebida . Cena . No Bufet . Desayuno Bufet .

We have had a great time at the hotel. All the staff have been very friendly and attentive, making us feel at home. The food has been spectacular, you can see the chef's good work. Thank you very much for everything, we will definitely be back!

It would be helpful to have a coat rack in the bedroom and a cabinet in the bathroom to store things more conveniently. Just a suggestion, since everything else is fine.
Sería útil contar con una percha para abrigos en la habitación y un mueble en el baño para dejar las cosas con más comodidad. Solo como sugerencia, ya que todo lo demás está correcto.

We liked the proximity to the slopes, the rooms and the decoration of the hotel. Generally friendly workers.

The cleanliness of the rooms, they changed our room because it was dirty (mud in the bathtub, hair, etc.), and even so, in the second room the bath towel was full of clumps of hair, we had to change it. The food was generally normal, ok, although some dishes looked like they were from a school cafeteria, the snacks were bad (eg: mini salty muffin hard as a rock that looked like leftovers from breakfast days ago)
La limpieza de las habitaciones, nos cambiaron la habitación por estar sucia (barro en la bañera, pelos etc) , y aun asi en la segunda habitación la toalla de baño estaba llena de matojos de pelos, la tuvimos que cambiar.
La comida era normal generalmente ok, aunque algunos platos parecían de comedor de colegio, los aperitivos eran malos ( ej : mini magdalena salada duro como una piedra que parecia restos del desayuno de hace dias)
