The resort is located in the heart of Playa de las Americas, 300 m from the beach and the many bars, restaurants, shops and public transport. South Tenerife airport is only 20 km. This attractive complex has 98 apartments spread over 2 blocks of 7 and 5 floors each. It is air-conditioned and has a lobby with 24-hour reception, currency exchange, lift, restaurant and bar. For an additional fee you can have Internet access and laundry service. Has available a playground / play area (fee) and bike rental, plus car park. There are apartments with 1 and 2 bedrooms, bathroom with hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite / cable TV (additional cost), kitchenette, fridge, living room, balcony (only 1 bedroom) and safe. You can enjoy a heated outdoor pool, a kiddie pool and a large terrace with sun loungers and parasols. There is also a pool table (surcharge). The nearest golf course is approximately 1 km.
