I spent a fantastic few days at the Hotel Bitácora and I can only express my gratitude to the entire team. From the very first moment, the service was exceptional. I would especially like to highlight the kindness and professionalism of May, Anna, Francisco, Youin, Andrés, and Natalia, along with the many other employees who treated me wonderfully. They made my stay an unbeatable experience. They made me feel at home, always very attentive to me. I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the all-inclusive package. The food is varied, delicious, and the quality is evident. Furthermore, the hotel facilities have been completely renovated and are spectacular. The hotel has a wide variety of pools for all tastes, including the impressive infinity pools and jacuzzis located in the adults-only "Up" area. The room has a Smart TV, sofa, desk for working, closet, hairdryer, bathrobe, and slippers... All kinds of amenities that make for a perfect stay. The 'Up' area is a true oasis of tranquility, ideal for relaxing and unwinding.However, I think their hours could be a little more extensive (especially the bar's) to make the most of it. The same goes for the pool bar; it would be great if the bar's meal hours were longer for more flexibility. The evening shows were also quite good, but one area that could be improved would be to make it easier to order drinks, as with so many people, there were times when the staff couldn't keep up. Furthermore, the room is very spacious and perfectly equipped, making the stay very comfortable. I can't forget to mention the spa, which is wonderful. The two women who work there are delightful, extremely attentive and friendly, and they make you feel at home. In short, Hotel Bitácora is a highly recommended place. Both the hotel itself and the facilities have made my holiday unforgettable. As soon as I can, I will return without hesitation.

Por otra parte, la habitación es muy amplia y está perfectamente equipada, lo que hace que la estancia sea muy cómoda. No puedo olvidarme de mencionar el Spa, que es una maravilla. Las dos chicas que lo atienden son un encanto, súper atentas y amables, y te hacen sentir como en casa. En resumen, el Hotel Bitácora es un lugar totalmente recomendable. Tanto el hotel en si como las instalaciones, han hecho de mis vacaciones un momento inolvidable. En cuanto pueda, volveré sin dudarlo.
