The hotel was a total mess—it was impossible to get a full night’s sleep. The rooms were large but had no fridge, so in the middle of summer you spent all your time running out to buy cold water. The beds were very basic—just a metal frame and a mattress. I’ve never seen a 4-star hotel with rooms so poorly equipped. There were no foreign channels on TV, the pool wasn't big enough, and above all, the deck chair area was completely inadequate—I think there were 60 deck chairs for at least 500 people—we never even got to go in the pool.
Hôtel très brouillon impossible de dormir une nuit complète, des chambres grandes mais sans frigo en pleine été tu passe ton temps a aller acheter de l eau fraîche, des lit très basique sommier en fer et matelas, jamais vu un 4 étoiles avec des chambres aussi mal équipé, pas de chaînes étrangères à la télé, picine pas assez grande et surtout l espace transats vraiment pas normal je crois 60 transats pour au moins 500 personnes ,nous on a jamais pu aller dans la picine .

What we enjoyed the most was the water park, especially my children.

The food really needs to be improved, as there was a lot of pork and fried food. It wasn't healthy at all for children. I would add more chicken and other meats, and pizzas with just mozzarella or cheese.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the hotel. I want to especially highlight the kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness of all the staff, who at all times made us feel very well looked after.
A special mention to Laura, the maître d’, for her friendly manner, her warmth, and her great professionalism. She was always making sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed.
Without a doubt, it's the team that makes the stay even more enjoyable. Many thanks to all the staff and, especially, to Laura. We will be back! I also want to highlight a lovely gesture that made us really happy. During our stay, our daughter celebrated her birthday and Laura, the maître d’, had the wonderful idea of surprising her by singing happy birthday with the other team members who work there.
It was a very special moment for our daughter and for the whole family. It's these small but meaningful gestures that turn a stay into an unforgettable memory. Thank you so much, Laura, for your care, your attention, and for making her birthday even more special.

As a suggestion for improvement, I think it would be good to expand the range of programmes, activities and shows offered within the hotel itself. During our stay, we missed having a bit more entertainment and options for things to do, especially in the evenings.
Other than that, our experience was very positive and I would especially highlight the staff's attentiveness and professionalism.
Como sugerencia de mejora, creo que sería positivo ampliar la oferta de programas, actividades y espectáculos dentro del propio hotel. Durante nuestra estancia echamos en falta un poco más de animación y opciones de entretenimiento, especialmente por las noches.

Value for money, everything was as expected. What our daughter enjoyed most were the Water Slides. I’d also like to give special mention to the restaurant staff; they are all true professionals.

I think the buffet could be improved, as there isn’t much variety. I would also like to mention the cleaning lady from the last two days of my stay at the hotel. She seemed to be in a rush to finish her shift, because at exactly 9:00 am (and breakfast at the buffet was served until 10:30 am), she would knock on the door and open it without waiting for a response, even when the “do not disturb” sign was hanging on the door. I don’t think this is appropriate and I consider it disrespectful to the privacy of the guests. In our case, we were a mother and a 12-year-old daughter, but with other guests, it could end up in very embarrassing situations.
Creo que podría mejorarse el buffet , no hay mucha variedad . Y quisiera hacer mención a la chica de habitaciones de los dos ultimos dias de mi estancia en el hotel. Daba la impresión que tenía prisa por acabar su jornda ya que a las 9.00 h en punto ( decir que el bufett del desayuno era hasta las 10.30h ), llamaba a la puerta y la abría sin recibir respuesta, incluso teniendo el cartel de no moletar colgado . Este hecho lo considero que no es adecuado y una falta de respeto por su parte hacia la intimidad de los huespedes. En nuestro caso éramos una madre y una hija de 12 años , pero con otros huespedes, puede encontrarse con situaciones muy embarazosas.

We booked a room for four, two adults and two girls, and they gave us single beds with old spring mattresses that were not comfortable at all. They had to fix the air conditioning for us because it was leaking water, and the bed right underneath got a bit wet.

The best thing about the hotel is its location and the fact that you can enter the water park at the Gran Garbí Hotel for free. Free car park is available in a nearby lot.

The hotel is from the 70s. The rooms and corridors are old, the taps are rusty, and the mattresses are broken. It needs a complete renovation. The dining room has been refurbished and the pool is small. It's impossible to park on the nearby streets because there's no car park area; it's all paid, either blue or green zone, or public car parks.

The children enjoyed the Water Slides that were a short distance from the hotel where we were staying and the heated pool, although the walls of both it and the regular pool were blackened. The staff were very friendly.
Los niños disfrutaron de los toboganes que estaban lejos del hotel en el que nos alojamos y de la piscina de agua caliente, aunque las paredes de ésta y de la normal estaban negras. Personal muy agradable.
4-star???? Room never renovated since it opened (1970), with shower curtains included that were falling down. Daily cleaning was well done, but they neglect the deep clean. Buffet hours were very poor and the selection too limited. One afternoon they put up a closed sign half an hour before closing (although they let us in after we had waited 10 minutes at the door). Unbearable heat in the dining room and main areas. They offered us free car park 500 metres from the hotel, an unsupervised open-air lot; in the end I left the car in a rather expensive car park next to the hotel and when I went to pay I saw that it had several spaces reserved for this hotel, unused at the time and never offered to us, despite having asked about this beforehand. Hotel aimed at young foreign tourists, which I should add, I did not see any inappropriate behaviour from them. We left one day early.
4 estrellas???? Habitación sin reformar desde su apertura (1970), con cortinas en la bañera incluidas que se caían. La limpieza de diario bien realizada, pero se olvidan de la profunda. Horario del buffet muy malo y éste demasiado pobre. Una tarde pusieron el cartel de cerrado media hora antes del cierre(aunque nos dejaron pasar después de 10 minutos esperando en la puerta).Calor insoportable en el comedor y zonas comunes. Nos ofrecieron parking gratuito a 500 metros del hotel, descampado sin vigilancia y al aire libre; finalmente dejé el coche en un parking bastante caro al lado del hotel q cuando fui a pagar vi q éste tenía varias plazas reservadas para este hotel, sin ocupar en ese momento y que en ningún momento nos fueron ofrecidas, incluso habiendo preguntado por este tema previamente. Hotel destinado a turismo de jóvenes extranjeros, que tb he de decir, no vi ningún comportamiento inadecuado por su parte. Nos fuimos un día antes.

The staff was really the best part of the hotel.

At first, they assigned us a room that didn’t match the photos—it was dark, dirty, and located behind some restaurants with a horrible smell. After we complained, they changed our booking to a room with a pool view that was in better condition.
The water Water Slides are available, but at a different hotel, and getting there isn’t easy—it involves a fairly steep climb.
The food seems to be all pre-made, with the exception of one or two dishes.
For a 4-star hotel, it’s a 3-star at best.
Primeiro atirbuiram um quarto que não era condizente com o que estava nas fotos, escuro, sujo, para as traseiras de restaurantes com um cheiro horrível. Após reclamar, alteraram a proposta para um quarto com vista piscina emelhores condições.
A proposta dos escorregas existe mas num hotel diferente em que a caminhada até lá não é fácil, com uma subida bastante ìngreme.
A comida parece tudo pré-feito à excepção de uma ou outra proposta.
Para um hotel 4 estrelas é no máximo um 3 estrelas.

You can tell it’s an older hotel that has had a facelift. However, the rooms are very noisy — you can hear everything from the neighbouring rooms. The pool is small and the water is too warm. The food has little variety and is not particularly good. And to get up to the car park or the water-slide pool there’s a very steep slope, which is exhausting to have to do every day, sometimes several times.
