7 Francesca Travelled solo Booked on Amimir.com August 2023 Good Courtesy and availability of staff. Excellent cleaning of the rooms. Excellent location of the structure at 5 min walk from the seafront and 15 min walk from the center of Rethymno. Relaxing and welcoming pool.

Cortesia e disponibilità del personale. Ottima pulizia delle camere. Ottima posizione della struttura a 5 Min a piedi dal lungo mare e a 15 Min a piedi dal centro di Retimo. Piscina rilassante e accogliente.

Given the excellent cleaning of the rooms it was a pity to note the dirt of the curtains and the air conditioner that emitted bad smelling air probably due to filters not cleaned properly. Poor hygiene during meals, as there was only one plastic placemat on the tables, on which clean cutlery was placed, which was not changed when customers changed but simply "brushed" with a damp sponge cloth. Unfortunately, the food did not reflect the quality expected of a four-star hotel, especially during dinner where the same cheap dishes were often re-proposed. The bathroom of the room to be reviewed as the open shower often flooded the bathroom and maintenance would have to be done on the water dispensers probably full of limestone.

Data l'eccellente pulizia delle camere è stato un peccato notare la sporcizia delle tende e il condizionatore che emetteva aria male odorante probabilmente a causa di filtri non puliti adeguatamente. Igiene scarsa durante i pasti, in quanto sui tavoli era presente un' unica tovaglietta di plastica, sulla quale venivano posizionate le posate pulite, che non veniva cambiata al cambiare dei clienti ma semplicemente "spazzolata" con un panno spugna umido. Il Cibo purtroppo non rispecchiava la qualità che ci si aspetta da un hotel a quattro stelle, soprattutto durante la cena in cui venivano spesso riproposte le stesse pietanze dozzinali. Il bagno della stanza da rivedere in quanto la doccia aperta faceva allagare spesso il bagno e sarebbe da fare manutenzione agli erogatori dell'acqua probabilmente pieni di calcare.
