The staff were great.
The room upgrade was great.
The food at dinner was lovely, hot and varied.
Housekeeping every day.
Not too overcrowded around the pool, although we werent there at a busy time.
Our room was a family room with a kitchenette, but there was nothing in it - there was an explanation about why, but it was a shame.
Breakfast was a bit boring - I know a lot of people say this, but I felt there could have been a scope for a bigger variety.

Excellent
The room given was spacious, clean and comfortable altough the bed could have a more rigid mattress for me. We took the full board and were surprised by the good quality and variety offered at the buffet. Drinks also served at really affordable prices. Friendly staff. It was a good experience overall regardless of the amount of families around.
The cons were the beach (not the best one for me but can be great for kids) and the swimming pool that was too small and dominated by children playing, obviously due to holiday season.

Quadruple rooms are very large. It had two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, an American kitchen, a bathroom, a balcony. It is clean. Near the beach ????️, with sand. The location is perfect to enjoy the beach. The buffet is small but there are several options to choose from each type and everything is very well cooked.

The accommodation very good (we were 3 people) like 1 apartment, it consisted of a spacious living room, with a sofa, TV, balcony, dining table with 4 chairs, 2 bedrooms (1 with TV), kitchen (with microwave and fridge and some utensils) and the bathroom. Everything perfect.
We were caught by Storm Dana and we had to extend our stay for 1 more day, the staff were very polite. The area didn't suffer much, we could park easily on the streets around the Hotel where less water accumulated.
El alojamiento muy bueno (Ă©ramos 3 personas) como 1 apartamento, se componĂa de salĂłn amplio, con sofá , TV balcĂłn, mesa comedor con 4 sillas, 2 dormitorios, (1 con TV) cocina (con microondas y nevera y algĂşn utensilio) y el baño,. Todo perfecto.
Nos pillĂł la Dana Alice y tuvimos que ampliar la estancia 1 dĂa más, los empleados muy correctos. La zona no sufriĂł mucho, pudimos aparcar bien por las calles alrededor del Hotel que acumulaban menos agua.
