          Located in the heart of Costa del Sol, within walking distance from the beach and a 15-minute drive from Marbella, Villas Marbella feature their own outdoor swimming pool, terrace, garden and barbecue facilities. Capobino Beach is a 5-minute drive away. The villas offer private parking and indoor and outdoor seating areas. Fitted with tile flooring, each villa has a flat-screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave and washing machine. Each villa has private bathrooms with shower or bathtub. Guests have full access to Playa Real Club House. There is also an indoor pool, sauna gymnasium, and hot tub available to all guests, free of charge. Santa María Golf & Country Club is 3.3 km from the villas. Málaga airport is 35 minutes away by car.
          - Please note that additional beds cannot be added in any of the villas. A cot is available upon request for a surcharge of EUR 5 per night. - Be aware that Villas Marbella are forced to comply with the restrictions imposed by local authorities regarding water restrictions.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
