          The complex is located in the south of the island Fuerteventura, about 300m from the beach of Jandia and 1km from the village Morro Jable, with nearby a large shopping center with shops, bars, restaurants and different entertainment areas. The complex is a 3-storey building consisting of restaurant, large sun terrace, large pool and separate children's pool. The restaurant with Pool Bar offers half board or a la carte food. Each of the 42 studios with balcony or terrace overlooking the sea has a living room-bedroom, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, television with satellite dish and safe. The studios on the ground floor have a grille door with mosquito net. This door can be locked. The complex has a diving school.
