The hotel, as always, is wonderful for its location and services.

The only negative thing we have noticed this year compared to previous years, has been the food issue, the buffet breakfast was very scarce and the pastries were hard, the dinner was a la carte and it was not good. Everything is in comparison with previous stays.

The attention of the Hotel staff is "spectacular", super friendly and always trying to help with whatever you may need. The cleaning is very good, you always see people from the cleaning staff day and evening cleaning main areas. The detail of the last day you leave is to leave towels, bathroom/changing room for you after the last day of skiing (after having checked out), as well as leaving the ski lockers until departure. They have an agreement with the station car park and you get a discount on payment. This is the third year in a row that we have stayed there, for our family ski holiday, and we will return again.
La atención del personal del Hotel es "espectacular", super amables y siempre intentando ayudar en lo que puedas necesitar. La limpieza muy buena siempre ves gente del personal de limpieza día y tarde limpiando zonas comunes. El detalle del último día que te vas de dejarte toallas, cuarto de baño/vestuario para despues del ultimo día de ski (despues de haber realizado el check out), al igual que dejarte las taquillas de los skis hasta la salida. Con el parking de la estación tienen convenio y consigues descuento en el pago. Este el el tercer año consecutivo que nos hemos alojado en el, para nuestra escapada en familia a esquiar ,y volveremos nuevamente.

The treatment of the staff is exceptional, both in the hotel and in the restaurant. The facilities are good, it is an old hotel but it is in good condition. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. They offer you the option of showering in the changing rooms on Sunday, when you have already left your room, and they store your suitcases. It is very well located and they gave us a discount on ski rental and car park for staying at this hotel.
El trato del personal es excepcional, tanto en el hotel como en el restaurante.
Las instalaciones están bien, es un hotel antiguo pero es buen estado.
Las habitaciones están limpias y las camas son muy cómodas.
Te ofrecen la opción de ducharte en unos vestuarios el domingo, cuando ya has dejado tu habitación, y te guardan las maletas.
Está muy bien ubicado y nos hicieron descuento en el alquiler de esquí y en el párking por estar alojados en este hotel.
I would have liked a little more vegetarian variety at dinner. However, the second night there was no vegetarian option on the menu but the waiter remembered that I was vegetarian and offered me two off-menu dishes. I have to say that the grilled vegetables were delicious.
Me hubiera gustado un poco más de variedad vegetariana en la cena.
No obstante, la segunda noche no tenía ninguna opción vegetariana en el menú pero el camarero se acordó que era vegetariana y me propuso dos platos fuera de carta.
He de decir que la parrillada de verduras estaba buenísima.
