This apartment complex is located in a quiet environment surrounded by nature, near the city center. There is a bus and taxi rank just 200 meters away. The beach is only about 250 m away. The apartments, renovated in 2001, are spacious and quiet with a family and friendly atmosphere. The complex has a total of 117 seats, with 39 apartments spread over 7 floors. At the client's disposal there is a reception (open 24 hours), a safe, and two elevators. It also has a cafeteria. The apartments are equipped with bedroom, bathroom with shower and bathtub, independent kitchen, living room, central heating, safe and balcony or terrace. The cleaning at the end of the stay is done by the hotel staff. Next to the pool, the client can find sun loungers and umbrellas. Those who love the sun can especially enjoy the solarium. The hotel also offers the possibility of practicing golf or tennis.
