Bad service, rooms without air conditioning. Of the 3 rooms I had booked, they wanted to give me only two because supposedly there were no more under my name. It took an argument for them to give me the other room, waiting until 11 pm to get the room. The worst part is that they gave it to me and I had to wait 30 minutes for them to clean it because it was disgusting.

The menu was very weak: eggs and little else. They didn't serve us juices, despite waiting for 45 minutes. We also waited for the bread to appear, by the way. The ham sandwich I ordered didn't come either; instead, a sobrasada one came, which I ate because otherwise, I would still be waiting. And the room temperature was 17 degrees: you need a sweater in July.
The staircase had two months' worth of dust.
To reach the room, you have to go up several steps, and to reach the dining room, you have to take the map.
In short, one of the worst 3-star hotels I have seen.
A mejorar: pedí una habitación triple y faltaba 1 cama que bos pusieron a las 22:30 h. después de reclamar 2 veces.
2. En el checkin me querían cobrar 1 desayuno, porque no les aparecía en la reserva, menos mal que yo llevaba la reserva impresa.
3. En el desayuno, no sé por dónde empezar. La chica que habéis contratado no es suficiente para llevar el registro de las entradas, servir las mesas y cocinar. Es una persona, no un pulpo con 8 brazos y el poder se teletransportarse. La carta muy floja: huevos y poco más. No nos sirvieron los zumos, a pesar de estar esperando 45 minutos. También esperamos a que aparezca el pan, por cierto. El sándwich que pedí de york tampoco vino, en su lugar vino uno de sobrasada que me lo comí porqué si no todavía estaría esperando. Y la temperatura de la sala era de 17 grados: necesitas una sudadera en julio.
La escalera tenia polvo de 2 meses.
Para llegar a la habitación has de pasar por varios escalones, y para llegar al comedor has de coger el mapa.
En definitiva, uno de los peores hoteles que he visto de 3 estrellas.
