Very nice and well kept hotel. Spacious and clean room. We had a welcome drink to take in the hotel bar ! I do recommend going by car, so easier to access the center of Seville.
Hotel muy bonito y muy bien cuidado. Habitación amplia y limpia. Hemos tenido una bebida de bienvenida a tomar en el bar del hotel ! Eso si que recomiendo ir en coche, así más fácil para acceder al centro de Sevilla.

The hotel is great and is quite good value for money. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast is very good, they have everything and replenish it very quickly when it runs out. They have the metro station nearby and you can go to the center of Seville easily.
El hotel es genial y esta bastante bien por calidad precio. El personal es muy amable y atento. el desayuno esta muy bien, tienen de todo y lo reponen muy rápido cuando se acaba. Tienen la estación del metro cerca y puedes ir al centro de Sevilla con facilidad.

When we arrived at the hotel they didn't have the slightest idea that we had booked the room and we had to send the Buscounchollo email to their hotel email so that they would know. Then at the reception they told us they did not know the room number but when we approached them they understood what room number it was.
Que al llegar al hotel no tenian ni la mas minima idea que habiamos reservado la habitacion y tuvimos que enviar el correo de buscounchollo a su correo del hotel para que les conste. Al dia siguiente en pleno desayuno nos dijeron que no constaba el pago de desayuno incluido. Luego en recepcion nos dijeron q no sabian el número de habitación pero qur al acercarnos nosotros ya entendían que número de habitación era.

Me gustó mucho la habitacion muy amplia y con un saloncito la tele muy moderna el servicio d autobus con horarios cada hora .
There was no buffet for lunch or dinner only letter and very expensive prices should have a half board ..many asked the hotel pizza or burger porq at night is very difficult to walk is poorly lit ..and that the vans are very small just cax .Para 8 people.

Que no hubiese buffet para comer o cenar solo carta y con precios muy caros deberian tener un media pension ..muchos pedian pizza o burguer al hotel porq por la noche es muy dificil ir andando esta poco alumbrado ..y que las furgonetas son muy pequeñas apenas cax .Para 8 personas

Las habitaciones son muy amplias y el personal muy amable
El servicio de minibus es realmente una furgoneta de 8 plazas y en días de mucha afluencia hay que esperar varios viajes para poder cogerlo. No dejan a nadie sin servicio y los conductores son muy amables pero condiciona los planes, de esto no informan en recepción cuando estás comprando el servicio de 5€ por persona durante toda la estancia.
