Parkeerkosten prijzig, vriendelijkheid kan beter. Uitleg over de werking van de lift met kaartje. Drukte bij het ontbijt, veel zaken op worden wel bijgevuld maar dat duurt dan weer even. Zoeken naar een plekje.

A very welcoming hotel with lovely decor in the main areas.
Hôtel très chaleureux avec de jolis décors dans les parties communes
Carpets in the rooms not very clean (stained) Some renovations would be needed in the bathroom (grout, toilet…) No pancakes at breakfast.
Moquettes dans les chambres pas très saine (taché)
Quelques rénovation serait à faire dans la salle de bain (joint,wc…)
Pas de pancake au petit déjeuner.

For my part there are several negative points the VMC in the bathroom does not work the joints around the bathtub moldy and defective tiles poorly glued the heating did not work I had to bring a space heater that I had to turn on at least 2 hours before taking a shower stay really not comfortable for me

The hotel has recently been renovated and is very beautiful, nothing to envy of other Disneylands. The correct and clean room. Comfy beds and fun bunk beds for kids in family rooms. Breakfast good but little varied. It has free bus service to Disney. Indoor pool and gym open until 10 p.m. and recommended after long days.
El hotel ha sido reformado hace poco y es muy bonito, nada que envidiar a otros disneyland. La habitación correcta y limpia. Camas cómodas y literas divertidas para niños en las habitaciones familiares. El desayuno bueno pero poco variado. Tiene servicio bus a Disney gratuito. Piscina interior y gimnasio abiertos hasta las 22h.y recomendable después de jornadas largas.
Centralized room air conditioning. If you are hot or cold you cannot regulate it. Refrigerator without being able to use it. It has a sign saying that it works with the room card but it is not true. We asked at reception and they said they were not activated. Good but repetitive breakfast, if you stay for many days it becomes tiresome, always the same options. Free bus service but about occupancy, sometimes you have to fight to get in Sometimes it even ski passes by because it's so full and you have to wait another time (it's almost better to take the free bus from Santa Fe and walk down, which takes 2 minutes). This happens in partner hotels.

Nevera sin poder tener uso. Tiene un cartel diciendo que funciona con la tarjeta de la habitación pero no es cierto. Preguntamos en recepción y dijeron que no estaban activadas.
Desayuno bueno pero repetitivo, si estás muchos días se hace pesado siempre las mismas opciones.
Servicio de bus gratis pero sobre ocupación, a veces hay que pelearse para entrar incluso alguna vez de lo lleno que va pasa de largo y tienes que esperar otro (casi mejor coger el bus gratis del Santa Fe y bajar andando que son 2min). Esto pasa en los hoteles asociados.
