There were no sun loungers at the pool to be able to sunbathe and rest for a while, although the truth is that the latter was impossible due to the volume of voice with which everyone spoke, very unpleasant, as for the food, everything was very bad. quality, what is called "ranch" food for children and nothing more, a shame to have taken Full Board, even the tables were placed together for groups, there were not even 2 or 4. It is the first time that I go to a hotel and I have to leave early, shouting, slamming doors and running through the hallways, we didn't even rest in the room, we didn't have a refrigerator or light on the terrace. I couldn't last all the contracted days. It's a shame to have a holiday in this hotel, I don't recommend it to anyone.. I don't understand how there are people who have given them good ratings, when a hotel has 4 stars it is otherwise. I will never repeat this hotel, I have lost my money.
Desde luego que a este hotel le han regalado las 4 estrellas, hemos estado muy a disgusto. Ni siquiera nos explicaron por dónde quedaban las habitaciones y pudimos encontrarlas gracias al personal del bar xq en recepción no daban a basto! Lleno de niños de concentraciones deportivas campando a sus anchas y los que fuimos por nuestra cuenta; sin grupo nos encontramos muy desubicados. En la piscina no estaban puestas las tumbonas para poder tomar un rato el sol y descansar, aunque la verdad esto último fué imposible por el volúmen de voz con la que hablaba todo el mundo, muy desagradable, en cuanto a la comida todo de muy mala calidad, lo que se dice " rancho" comida para niños y nada más, una lástima haber cogido pensión completa , hasta las mesas estaban puestas juntas para grupos, no habían ni de 2 o 4. Es la primera vez que voy a un hotel y me tengo que marchar antes de tiempo, gritos , portazos y carreras por los pasillos, no descansamos ni en la habitación , no teníamos nevera ni luz en la terraza.
No pude aguantar todos los días contratados.
Una lástima de vacaciones en este hotel, no lo recomiendo a nadie. No entiendo como hay gente que les ha puesto buenas valoraciones, cuando un hotel tiene 4 estrellas es de otra manera. No repetiré nunca este hotel, he perdido mi dinero.

Habitaciones dobles con 2 camas de matrimonio. El desayuno estuvo bien comparado con las comidas y las cenas.
La comida del mediodía regular, además no estaba en las islas y había que hacer fina en cola para poder servirte la comida. En ningún momento vinieron a retirarnos los platos sucios. Por la noche muchas mesas sin cubiertos, comida recalentado del mediodía, sólo unos 4 platos distintos. Los postres también eran las sobras del mediodía. Esta vez sí había un Sr. Camarero atento recogiendo los platos sucios. Los dispensadores de zumos sólo salía agua.
