"It wasn't the first time we stayed at this hotel. Last year we booked through another website and everything was great. Spacious, renovated room with balcony, and quiet. Therefore, when we saw this deal, we didn't hesitate. However, when we arrived at the hotel, the situation was very different. The room was tiny, in fact, we doubted if it was a single room and they had put a large bed in it, as all the ones around were singles. And, the wardrobe was inside the bathroom because it didn't fit in the room. We also didn't have space to leave our suitcases. But the worst part was not the space problem. The worst part was the bathroom. Worthy of the 40s. Faucets that seemed to be in extinction, and a toilet with the cistern half broken and so noisy that we had to shut off the water valve to be able to sleep at night. Also, everything could be heard. The hallway, the TV in the next room, and since the cleaning staff's storage room was next door, they woke us up from 8 in the morning. And finally, breakfast. Turns out it is now outsourced, not provided by the hotel, but by the cafeteria with different owners. Awful buffet, the size of a table, scarce pastries, sliced bread in supermarket packaging. Black bananas, which they kindly removed the next day and left one banana and one kiwi. The yogurts were not refrigerated and were white label. The cold cuts seemed to have been in the unrefrigerated box for a month. 4 packets of hot chocolate on a table, no regular milk, had to be from the coffee machine. In short, a rip-off. We won't return even if they give it to us. They may laugh at the pilgrims, but not at locals."
No era la primera vez que nos alojábamos en este hotel. El año pasado reservamos a través de otra página y todo fue genial. Habitación amplia, reformada, con balcón, y silenciosa. Por ello, al ver este chollo no lo dudamos. Sin embargo, cuando llegamos al hotel la situación fue muy diferente. La habitación era enana, de hecho, dudamos de si sería individual y le habían puesto una cama grande, ya que todas las de alrededor eran individuales. Y, el armario, estaba dentro del baño porque no cabía en la habitación. Tampoco teníamos espacio para dejar nuestras maletas. Pero lo peor, no era el problema de espacio. Lo peor fue el baño. Digno de los años 40. Grifería que consideraba en extinción, y una retrete, que tenía la cisterna medio rota y que del ruido que hacía, tuvimos que cerrar la llave de paso para poder dormir por la noche. Igualmente, se escuchaba todo. El pasillo, la televisión de las habitación de al lado y como la de la limpieza tenía su almacén al lado, pues desde las 8 de la mañana nos despertaban. Y, por último, el desayuno. Resulta que ahora está en externalizado, y no lo presta el hotel, si no la cafetería que tiene otros dueños. Buffet pésimo, del tamaño de una mesa, bollería escasa, el pan de molde presentado en el envase de supermercado. Plátanos negros, que al día siguiente tuvieron a bien recoger y dejar una unidad de plátano y una unidad de kiwi. Los yogures no estaba refrigerados y eran de marca blanca. El embutido parecía llevar un mes en la caja tampoco refrigerada. 4 sobres de colacao puestos encima de una mesa, leche normal no había, tenía que ser la de la máquina del café. En definitiva, una estafa. No volveremos ni aunque nos lo regalen. Se reirán de los peregrinos, pero no de los nacionales.

But to sleep, a bed is enough for us. 3) The cleanliness was normal, we saw a hair in the same place the two nights we stayed. 4) As for breakfast, it is buffet style, but very scarce, lacking more variety and quantity.

Pero para dormir, con una cama nos sirve. 3) La limpieza normal, vimos un pelo en el mismo sitio las dos noches que estuvimos. 4) En cuanto al desayuno, es tipo buffet, pero muy escaso, falta más variedad y cantidad.

El hotel es antiguo que se ve que han estado renovando, pero no es un hotel 3 estrellas en mi opinión. El personal muy majo pero insisto, la habitación tremendamente pequeña, asfixiante... Buscaunchollo no deberías vender estas habitaciones porque al final sois vosotros los que quedáis mal... La planta 4 de ese hotel me parece que todas las habitaciones son pequeñísima... Horrible!
