The villa has a warm and modern atmosphere at the same time. It is an excellent option for those looking for relaxation. In the living room you can rest, read a good book lying on the large sofa or watch TV. The attached dining area has a table and 4 chairs, while the kitchen, which is also in the same space, has everything you need to cook during your vacation. Of course, there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. In the courtyard there is room to park at least two cars, although it is not covered. The exteriors are beautiful: go outside and have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax in the garden. There is 1 pergola of 15 m2, it is furnished with a table and 4 chairs for fresh meals on summer evenings. The private pool measures 5 x 8 meters. The house is a few kilometers from Inca where you can find everything you need during your stay: supermarket, medical center, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, etc. The city of Pollença is also nearby. It is a beautiful city worth visiting, you will enjoy its cobbled streets and all the little shops that are in the area, you can climb to Calvari, an old church that is in the upper part of the city, from where you can enjoy of spectacular views. Just 35 minutes by car, you will reach Ses Casetes des Capellans and Ca'n Picafort. Spend a day on the fine sandy beach and enjoy a cocktail watching the sunset.
