Das Abendessen war gut.
Die Terrasse war unterstes Straßenniveau. Um uns herum waren die ventilatoren der Klimaanlagen verbaut. Die Balkontüre war kaputt wurde aber repariert. Wir konnten Nachts die Türe nicht Schließen da sonst jeder reinlaufen konnte. Einen Tag zuvor hat die Polizei die Pools gesperrt da die Wasserqualität gesundheitsgefährdent war und es fürchterlich stank. Für 1 Nacht, 3 Personen mit Parkhaus HP ... viel zu teuer

Fantastic reception staff ,so accommodating..Also, hotel really good for children..Food very good ,and especially all inclusive...Great varied different food available all day.Staff in outside bar so good with kids....In a good quiet location, so all good and would return with children
Only negative is breakfast...no natural yogurt available only 1 morning during g the week...But really I'm not complaining...Plenty of choices

The bathroom smelled very damp. The Wi-Fi is open, which I see as a major flaw in the security system, as anyone can enter and enter their details as if they were a hotel guest and had Wi-Fi. El baño hacia mucha edor a humedad. La wifi es abierta, con lo cual lo veo un gran fallo en el sistema de seguridad, ya que puede entrar cualquier y poner sus datos como si fuere huesped del hotel y tener wifi. Las almohadas, debes coger las de casa, son igual de finas que el papel de tabaco. Lo peor las inmediaciones para estacionar, que resulta imposible. Y no permiten contratar el parking a partir del 2 o 3 días, por si hubieras encontrado sitio, te obligan a contratar el parking desde el primer dia, sino luego ya no te permiten contratarlo, me parece un poco abusivo, no me habia pasado en ningún hotel hasta ahora.

Excellent service from all the hotel staff, the buffet-style food was quite good and varied.

If you go to dinner at 9pm you may miss out on one of that night's signature dishes. Focusing on foreign schedules, they should also focus the schedule on Spanish ones.
