Located next to Giulianova‘s Golden Beach, this residence provides the comfort of a modern structure. It features an outdoor swimming pool, a private beach area, and free Wi-Fi. Kiara Residence offers air-conditioned apartments with a balcony. They include a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and satellite TV. Guests are provided with an entrance card to access the building in a secure way. The Kiara’s swimming pool is located on a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasol. This residence also features a large playground for kids. At the beach area, guests have an umbrella with a chair and sun lounger available for free. The property comes with a stylish restaurant offering typical food from Abruzzo, and a nice selection of pizzas. It includes a bar, and a coffee and an ice cream shop. Kiara Residence is only a 5-minute drive from Giulianova Train Station. The property is located in a vibrant area surrounded by shops and restaurants.
Please note that payment is requested upon check in. Please note that at reception staff can speak English, Russian, Polish and Lithuanian. The pool is open from 25 April to 30 September. Towels and bed linen are included in the price and will be changed after 7 nights. If the guest requests a change of towels and bed linen more frequently than every 7 days the price is 10 euro/per person/change.
