It is unacceptable that it was clearly stated at the time of booking and during the booking that the apartment was for 4 people with 4 single beds and then it was not the case. In the end we had to stay in an apartment with 2 beds and 1 sofa bed, none of the apartments in the complex have this option, but they do sell it. The cleaning system carried out by the tenants and the lack of control of the same makes one think that these apartments have not been cleaned in many years, which was more than obvious. The broken cleaning utensils, the broken hairdryer, and an endless number of problems only suggest that here the maintenance and management of the services leave much to be desired and that they only want to make money at the expense of not investing even in a cleaning service between the different bookings. It is a disgrace.

Es inaceptable que se indicara claramente a la hora de la reserva y en la misma que el apartamento era para 4 personas con 4 camas individuales y que luego no sea así. Finalmente tuvimos que estar en un apartamento con 2 camas y 1 sofá cama, ninguna de los apartamentos del complejo disponen de esta opción, pero si la venden. El sistema de limpieza a cargo de los inquilinos y la falta de control de la misma hace pensar que esos apartamentos no han tenido una limpieza en muchos años, cosa que era más que obvia. Los utensilios de limpieza rotos, el secador roto, y un sinfín de problemas solo dejan entrever que aquí el mantenimiento y la gestión de los servicios dejan mucho que desear y que solo quieren ganar dinero a costa de no invertir ni en un servicio de limpieza entre las diferentes reservas. Es una vergüenza.
