About the accommodation

Simple small apartment house "Kondor". In the district of Wiesti 700 m from the center of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny position, on a slope. In the house: lift, storage room for skis. Stepped path (96 steps) to the house. Supermarket 700 m, restaurant 100 m, bakery 700 m. Mountain railway, ski bus stop 300 m. Taxis cannot drive in front of the house. Studio 40 m2 on the ground floor. Simple and functional furnishings: living / dining room with 2 folding beds and cable TV. Kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, electric coffee machine). Bath / WC. Balcony 8 m2, south facing. Mountain view. Please note: non-smoking apartment. Maximum 1 pet / dog allowed. Some trees obstruct the view of the Matterhorn.
