Luxurious small apartment house "Aquila", 5 floors, built in 2004. In the Zer Bännu district, 800 m from the center, in a quiet, sunny position, south facing position. In the house: lift, storage room for skis. Supermarket 800 m, restaurant 350 m, bakery 800 m. Mountain railway, ski bus stop 350 m. Please note: Additional apartments are available for booking at this accommodation. Taxis can reach up to 50 steps from the house. 4-room penthouse 119 m2, in the attic, south facing position. Modern and tasteful furnishings: large living / dining room with tiled stove, cable TV, radio, CD and DVD. Go to the balcony. 1 room double. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic hot plates, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath / toilet, shower / toilet. Balcony 13 m2, south facing. Very nice view of the mountains. The accommodation has: Internet (wifi, free). Please note: non-smoking apartment. Nice view of the city and the Matterhorn. In each twin room there is an additional loft bed (for children).
