          Simple small apartment house "Select", 4 floors. In the Winkelmatten district, 500 m from the center of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny position, facing south. In the house: sauna (extra). Elevator, ski room, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). Pedestrian path to the house. Grocery 400 m, supermarket 700 m, restaurant 200 m, 20 minutes walk from the center. Mountain railway 500 m, ski bus stop 100 m. Taxis cannot drive in front of the house. Studio 35 m2 on the 2nd floor, south facing position. Comfortable furnishings: living / bedroom with 1 sofa bed and 1 double bed (160 cm), TV. Go to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass plates, electric coffee machine). Bath / WC. Balcony 7 m2, south facing. Nice view of the mountains. Please note: non-smoking apartment. With a view of the Matterhorn.
