These apartments are located in a privileged location just a few steps from the seafront. The beach is within walking distance. In about 300 meters is the shopping and leisure center "La Sandia". "Cita" is about 500 meters away. The Yumbo shopping and entertainment center is approximately 1 km away. The apartment building was completely renovated in the spring of 2016 and has 20 units spread over 4 floors, free Wi-Fi in the reception area of the Dolores apartments, where the 24-hour reception is also located; that is also where the keys are handed over and check-in takes place. In the outdoor area you will find a swimming pool and a terrace with sun loungers. The apartments are comfortable and very well furnished and equipped with a living room.
