This tourist complex is located one kilometer and a half from the tourist area of Puerto Rico, as well as 800 meters from the nearest beach. In the center of the town you will find numerous shops, shops, bars, discos and restaurants. There is also a public transport stop 800 meters away. The transfer time to Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is 50 minutes by car. This hotel complex, fully restored in 2004, has a total of 50 apartments spread over 4 floors. It has a nice reception area where currency exchange service is offered, a cafeteria and a cozy bar. In the restaurant there is a smoking area and high chairs for children. Guests have the possibility of using the laundry and medical care services (paying an additional charge). The charming apartments have a living room/bedroom, a separate bedroom, a balcony and a private bathroom with a shower..
