Lower cost compare to other booking agencies, easy way of booking process.

In my opinion, they provide a reliable service that offers good value and a wide range of booking options. My only issue is that in recent months, they haven't allowed me to pay the €10 booking deposit; instead, I have to pay the full amount upfront. For this reason, I book with them less frequently.

Price and customer service both outstanding. Will use again :)

Second time i book hotel with amimir.com. Also this time was the price the best compared to other sites. My booking was instantly confirmed and i enjoyed my stay. No problems, no headache. Everything went smoothly. I will be checking here before i book next time. I surely recommend amimir.com to everyone.

Daughter booked 4star all inclusive hotel for a week and arrived to what can only be described as a hovel serving inedible scraps. Pile of what looked to be horse manure mixed with rubbish at the main entrance, mouldy rooms with bug infestations, no air con, broken fridges in most rooms, facilities such as waterslides and lazy river empty, filthy and inaccessible. Other facilities listed nonexistent! Contacted Amimir on 2nd July and as requested sent over all video and photographic evidence along with out of pocket expenses due to the poor quality all inclusive known to man, good (very little mind) not fit for the stray cats let alone humans. By their own published T&C’s all complaints are dealt with within 14 days apparently, however here we are without even acknowledgment of most recent email. On the phone customer service is appalling, not our problem we are waiting on supplier. Contract was made with Amimir , who should be doing everything they can to resolve the issue including demanding a response from their supplier! I would advise anyone thinking of booking to check all available reviews of hotel (although this one only started getting bad reviews after booked) apparently new owners and many there had been going years but have vowed never to return. My daughter will now be taking her evidence to the bank to get her money back for failure to provide what was advertised and putting people’s health at risk! I would also suggest a total overhaul of customer service to bring it in line with published terms and conditions The below isn’t the full story, on the first day of holiday a rep knocked them up out of bed with their names on his list of holiday makers. All issues were reported to the rep and the hotel. The rep told them he would bring a complaints form to be completed which didn’t materialise. Assuming he had reported everything we rang on return for an update to be told you don’t have a n resort reps. So not only failure to meet your own terms and conditions but a GDPR breach sharing details with third parties without permission!!

The booking process is straightforward, the prices are very good and a great customer support.

I wanted to book a hotel and went through the various steps. When I got to the payment page this then indicated that it did not include taxes, which mean that their price was cheaper than other providers in the first instance, but the added taxes then made them more expensive. This is illegal under EU law. Furthermore, I then received a phone call from them telling me I hadn't booked. I did not consent to being contacted by phone, which again means they are not compliant with EU law.
