          Solution provided in under 2 minutes
          There was a slight glitch during payment on the website. Call customer service who spoke perfect english, picked up the phone within 5 seconds, no AI, no waiting in line, no having to fight through cumbersome "menus". Customer support agent solved the problem on the phone within 2 minutes. Overall phenomenal experience. Keep up the great work.

          For the hotel reservation, I was first asked to pay half of the total amount and then the remaining balance. After I completed these payments, I was asked to upload the ID documents of all the people travelling. They told me that if I did not provide the documents within two hours, they would cancel my reservation. I shared all the required documents with customer service within the two-hour deadline. However, I later received an email informing me that my reservation had been cancelled. The reason they gave was that the ID information I provided was “inconsistent.” When I asked what this meant, they simply told me that this was the response they had received from the agency. They completely ruined all my holiday plans at the last minute. Now I will have to make a new reservation at a much higher price, and my flight dates may also be affected. Absolutely terrible experience. Stay away from this company. They still have not refunded half of my payment. Instead, they keep delaying the process by telling me to contact my bank. I will share all the screenshots as evidence.

          This is my first experience with Amimir. I am waiting my first hotel experience with a great excitement and the hotel was booked via Amimir. In overall, the booking procedure and list selection is easy-peasy and I hope that my further trust will just grow while I gather more and more experience with the platform.

          Stay away from this company
          Stay away from this company! I booked and paid for a hotel in Turkey, only to receive a suspicious link the next day asking for passport/ID uploads. The hotel confirmed directly that they do not ask for personal IDs prior to check-in. When I called out the company, they blamed a "third-party operator" and gave me just two hours to upload the documents or face cancellation. I uploaded everything on time, yet they immediately canceled my booking, claiming "inconsistencies." They then tried to withhold half my payment, stating I was only eligible for a 50% refund. I had to fight customer service to get the rest initiated, and I am still waiting for the remaining money to clear. Unprofessional, manipulative, and unsafe.

          Booking A01402408 / 7719637. I honestly can't understand how this has become such a big issue. There are 8 of us on the booking and breakfast was only £7 extra in total. The problem was flagged to Amimir within minutes, yet after all this time their answer is basically that we should buy breakfast from the hotel ourselves, potentially for hundreds of pounds. They know exactly what happened and could put it right for a few pounds. Instead, they keep passing responsibility to an unnamed supplier. Really poor way to treat customers.
